Well, I ran across this carenderia whilst moving Molino Rd over per month ago but didn't get the possiblity to try the "greatest tapa" simply because quoted by quite a few bloggers, until tonight. The dog owner who are usually a couple of only opens their shop to diners latein the afternoon around 5 PM. I ordered TapSi needless to say to feed my curiosity. It had been tender and not dried out but I cannot state it is super tasty. For me personally, it's just alright. What I love though may be the "sinangag", or fried rice. The taste isn't overpowering the tapa. It had been so simple also it appears to me that the rice isn't from yesterday's pot, After all it had been not dry, doesn't have a garlicky flavor and it's not at all NFA rice. I am hoping you know what After all coz some carenderias offer those. I also attempted their BBQ (at P20 each), once again it had been so tender, fragrant rather than dry. It's a small salty for me personally though - I utilized the vinegar sauce to lessen the saltiness. What I really like about it, was viewing these 2 old couples manned by themselves the carenderia. It had been a happy view for me.
