This restaurant is very hipster and its interior design is one of a kind. The way they come up with the dishes is very unique and special that it definitely stands out. The plating is pretty as well. The faux twix is really nice and i think its their bestselling item on their menu. Their buttermilk chicken is tasty as well where the chicken is very tender. The owners of the restaurant seem very young and they have a good future ahead of them.

Everything were served to perfection. Only thing lacking is RICE haha! I would've rated this resto a 5! They only have one dish that comes with rice and you can't ask for rice 😔

Went here for my pre-birthday celebration with my brother, and it was worth the 1-2 hour travel! It was a well-lit abd minimalistic looking restaurant and good thing we arrived there early because I was able to take photos of the beautiful place! It was a tiny and quiet place for me and I liked it just the way it was!We both asked for their foie gras double down, grass-fed tenderloin, wagyu flat iron, and their very famous faux twix. The foie gras double down wasnt actually on the menu anymore but good thing I asked for it! It was good but I feel like the bacon's overpowering the foie gras, and nobody likes that especially when you're craving for foie gras! Anyway, it was cooked well so I'll let it pass! So my brother had the grass-fed tenderloin and we both enjoyed it! The beef was tender enough. And hey, the plate actually looks like a painting! Thumbs up for food presentation! I then had the wagyu flat iron which was cooked to perfection and the plating definitely made me eat all the veggies in it! The sauce was also soooo good for the wagyu! Twix is one of my favorite chocolates so I was excited to try their faux twix. My brother and I thought of it as so-so though, maybe it's because of the sea salt. We both tried to shoo the salt away and the faux twix tasted so much better after. I still think it was presented well!Really enjoyed my experience here, it's such a welcoming space and food was definitely great!

The name of the restaurant itself is intriguing. Located beside a bed and breakfast this place can only seat a few customers so reservation is definitely recommended The interior is quite nice, nothing to colorful and a few ark works brightened up the place.I feel that they are quite focused in the menu selection as they only offer a few items. From this I expected that they cater top quality dishes as they only have a few in the menu. I picked the pork belly to see what unique twist they have on this common food item. I also ordered Honey Vanilla Iced Tea since I was curious what this concoction would taste like. While waiting we were served the iced tea and it was very interesting according to my girlfriend, it had a vanilla after taste which I unfortunately cannot notice. And then came the Pork belly dish and I noticed immediately the plating is hard to ignore.  The pork belly did not sit alone as it had coriander leaves, beets for side dishes and the sauces are another part of the plating which consists of caramel, peanut, coconut and odd enough, fish sauce (bagoong).  Personally, its quite intimidating to see a too many of elements on a dish and this placed me into some confusion on how to eat it.  I just decided to not limit myself and experiment on the different ingredients and the flavors I would experience. Let me coment first that the pork belly is well cooked to the point that there are no tough spots when you chew into it. The beets was a new side dish to me but I liked it's taste.  Doing trials of different combinations of the ingredients kept my tongue guessing what it would feel but it was nothing short of pleasant.  I was definitely surprised that the fish sauce did not taste like the typical bagoong that a Filipino household would have. It was a unique experience seeing what The Girl + The Bull can offer to customers. It didn't fail to impress yet it showed a fresh perspective on food. If you happen to be in Sucat be sure to give this is a try.
