I had high expectation because of other peoples reviews but I was greatly disappointed. My boyfriend ordered their american burger, I ordered chessy hungarian sausage w/ caramelized onions and poutine. The food was not bad but I wasn't blown away by it either. It was just ok. I thought we were going to get a big fat burger but it was just an average size burger (for me). My boyfriend who is a burger fanatic said the burger was small and that he didnt like it. He said the burger across the street is way better and cheaper ( ritchie's diner). The sausage w/ caramelized onios was a little salty for me. The poutine (crisscut fries).... Uhhm it tasted like kfc fries. I feel bad giving this review because the people who works there are so accomodating. I really wanted to like this place.

Not bad. We tried the poutine, philly cheese steak and tapa rice plate. Love the mozzarella but wanted a little more gravy in the poutine. I will try the ribs next time.

Place looks promising. Have yet to taste the food coz we ordered them to go. One thing that I didnt like is the woman at the counter who assumes orders when it was pretty obvious she did not understand. Let this review be a warning order your food and make sure she writes it down! She is pretty slow in the "brain" department and looks like their house maid being given an extra task.

I like it here because it's just outside our village and they have cheap beer. Haha. Their food is pretty good, I love  the sisig tacos and philly cheese steak sandwich although both are messy to eat, i wish they had another way of serving it. The staff are friendly, especially the owners who are usually there to greet and make suggestions about what you can order.

Delicious sandwiches. Place is a bit cramped and pretty hot inside. The outside has a fun, quirky vibe though. Loved the sausage and caramelized onions that went with my sandwich. There were a bunch of people inside the place who were chatting, probably why staff (or owners) weren't too keen in taking our orders though.

Tacos are ok, nothing really special. Shack attack uses rye bun which is healthy but a layer of onion rings, patty, bacon, cheese on the inside so yeah there goes you irony. Delicious burger indeed!!! The ribs is soo tender!

Try the ribs. You wont regret it. :) I wish the place is bigger and airconditioned, though. The ribs are tender and flavorful, especially the jerk and korean style rib.

A place for "tambay"-ing! Haha although, the place is really small so you really have to come at a time where there aren't that many people. The food is good but with the prices, I hope they add more to the servings in the future.My siblings and I enjoyed their ribs with beers :)

Maybe this post is biased, but whenever I eat, I try to make sure I get the best value for money and this is why Street Shack is a great match! Far too often I spent between 200 to 300 on meals and feel ripped off right after but here, not so. From Quesadillas to burgers to ribs... each dish is definitely worth it. The craft beers certainly add to the nomnom experience.

I went here twice with my brother and I really enjoy the food, they have a lot on the menu and almost everything we tried on the menu tasted good, a great plus is their local craft beers that are available and not to mention that they are open till midnight or so, which is a great plus when you get the munchies late at night.
