we really search for this place because i heard many good reviews with this restaurant .. when we got in pergola mall we go straight in sophia's since it's the one that we really looking for .. the waiter welcomed and assists us very well . Chef Mervyn also greeted us . You can really feel as if you are a guest in their house :) we ordered osso bucco which was a hit :) for me because the meat was so juicy and tender . chef mervyn says "you can also call it italian bulalo " then he smiles . i told him "actually sir it's like kaldereta with a twist :) .. then we ordered raviolli 4cheese at first you will say that the tomato sauce was so sour but you will get the ral tastse onwards . ita unexplainable but it wal also a hit . also the cannalloni it was si good creamy pasta :) and for the dessert we ordered bread pudding and panacota they were both great though i am so full that time so i took my bread pudding :) . over all our bill was 1,170 but we paid 1,287 because they have a service charce cost 117 .. overall this was a good place and also giving you great food :)

Sophia's has a homey everyone knows you feel, staff and chef come out to make sure everything is okay with you and your food, and they are sincere about it.. not scriptedThe food is superb and the prices even better. It is rare to find a place with excellent pasta and pizza good for at least 2 people at less than 500pesos, but that's is exactly what we got.The Zingara had the right sourness from the tomato yet had that creamy taste..and they don't scrimp on ingredients it had a generous amount of bacon and sausageOur Single Quattro Formaggio was surprisingly big and good for 2-3 persons, It had a tomato base which took away that "cloy" feeling when eating cheese pizzaTheir servings are big that we even got to take home half of our pizza and pasta for our kids, so that's actually 500pesos good for more than 4 personsWe will definitely be back!

We love Sophia, starting with their homey and warm ambience. The people there are so friendly and heart warming. The owners themselves approached our table and gave us advise on what wine to choose which my husband liked it so much.We love their food.Soo good.started with gambas with bread.and then asparagus soup thats so creamy. And their greek salad wow so sarap fresh and with delicious dressing(must try).and of course our entree which is filet mignon with pasta olio as if so dont want to stop eating.I tasted a lot of pasta their pasta olio is great just simple olive oil garlic and pasta but its taste so good..We will definitely will come back and order some more.If I can give 10 perfect points i will.Definitely a place to dine with elegance with good food but warm ambience.

Was craving for some moussaka, so I finally checked out the place owned by the famous former road manager of The Beatles (he was actually there when we went!). The moussaka took a while to arrive, but at least it was made from scratch and fresh out of the oven. If anything though, the moussaka tasted more like eggplant parm from the complete lack of bechamel (they substituted melted cheese), but at least the tomato sauce was good and the ground beef was plenty. Plus points for the free, unlimited garlic bread as well.Ambiance is simple and seats are very limited, but service is good. Also, for 200 php my moussaka was actually a sizeable portion and filled me up! Definitely good value for your money here.

Greek food that's really nothing great. This is the old Sophia's moved from Westgate, Alabang. We had their fig roka salad which was just OK, their cheese triangles which were nothing great and likewise the same for their lamb shank. Their past was OK, which ended up saving the day  :)

Quaint. spot at Pergola to enjoy Mediterranean food that's freshly cooked. It's like eating at somebody's home, what with the owners actually serving us and making sure that we felt welcome. We'll surely come back for the salmon and kebab and for more.

We went here with our 2-year-old daughter; they didn't have a high chair but she was fine on the couch. We started with some pita bread for her and bruschetta for us, which was fantastic. We then had lamb kebab wraps. They were nice, but mine was too heavy on sauce and therefore quite greasy. It was filling however. The owner of the place is friendly and involved, which I think is great.

My mom wanted something different so I suggested a mediterranean cuisine. Tiropita - spinach with feta cheese in a bed of arugula leaves. I am not a fan of arugula. I didn't even know that what I ate was arugula. This is a must try.4 cheese pizza - i love cheese. So their 4 cheese pizza is an easy 4.Chicken gyro - comes with fries on the side. At first bite it tastes dry but after you get the taste of the chicken with its juices, everything will fall into place. However, I find their yogurt sauce a little bland so I didn't make use of their sauce. They have chicken, lamb and beef gyros. I gave this 3.5Chicken pavarotti - chicken breast with ham and mozzarella cheese topped with tomato sauce. The chicken breast is not dry and the mashed potato is really creamy. If only I was not full, I would have finished it off.Lamb kebab - i just tried this because my brother in law ordered this. I am not a fan of lamb but I liked the dish.Mac and cheese - it tastes good but I was wondering why their mac and cheese have tomato sauce in it.The place looks really cozy and homey. Makes you feel that you are dining in your own kitchen. The owners are really friendly. Will definitely come back to try their other dishes.

Polite servers. Took a bit too long but the food was heavenly. Ordered beef gyros and beef kebab with pita bread instead of rice. Loved the flavor. For its price it surpassed my expectations. Salad was ordinary but the beef was perfectly cooked. Will def. Com back.
