POOR SERVICE‼️‼️I am disappointed in this branch! They have 2 staff and 1 manager for service in that time. The manager has VIP customer that day I think because he only focuses on that one customer. They can’t accommodate many customers if they are three. It took us 1 hour for the bill out. 45 mins for the food. 20 mins approximately for the request of spoon because we have rice. SLOW SERVICE!! So guys if you plan to go here you need patience seriously or just choose other branch.

For starters, Shakey's has a special place in my heart. My go to place whenever I crave for comfort food.Food: I just love their Chicken and Mojos and Carbonara so much. Their rootbeer float and strawberry shake reminds me of my childhood days. For Pizza I always go with Pepperoni crunch (thin crust).Service: This is the Shakey's branch where I got the best service. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, they always check when everything is okay, they have smile on their faces, you don't need to call them twice if you need something. Place: They have a big place, lots of seats but can be crowded on weekends, but still spacious.

Super bad service! Servers not attentive, we made our way to the table from the door and even got menus by myself. Food took long also to arrive. Just took the pizza for take out. Advised manager on duty and all she said was sorry.
