Where should I even start with my disappointment in this establishment?Food: It's your normal Shakey's food. The only good thing going for this place.Ambiance: Music was too loud for a restaurant. Bieber could be toned down a bit.Service: I raised my hand to order, manager told me to wait and never came back. She even gestured with her hand. ✋ She told another waiter to come to my table after I raised my hand a second time. Servers were not attentive to say the least. Another male manager pretended not to see me when I asked for water. This same manager danced and sang on the way to my table when I asked for my leftovers to be put in a doggy bag. Then, I had to ask thrice for the bill. I'll just call for pizza next time

We had fun here when we brought my mother-in-law for her birthday celebration. The staff readily and happily sang her a birthday song. Thanks, Shakey's Better Living team! ❤️

Chunky seafood chowder is a must try. Bunch of lunch is recommended if you're famished. Mojos are tasty. Pepperoni and Classic Cheese pizza variant are my favorite.

The restaurant manager and the front desk was not accommodating towards my PWD mother. Hoping they could provide better service & improvement.

My family and I have always liked Shakey's with usual pleasant experience but yesterday was an exception. No issue with staff but the food came exceptionally late, one by one. I asked spefically for the appetizer (captain"s choice) to be served first, that didn't happen. When it came, it was plated in a not so appealing way.We also orded pizza, chix/mojos, lasagna which came one at a time. By the time each entree came, we got full.Took the leftovers home, mistake. Myself, my kids all have tummy problems today.The late service should have been a warning to me that the kitchen will not take care of handling of the food.We like the restaurant, I hope they'll improve.
