Food is good! I always love their Mojos and Chicken. The Scallop Primo Pizza was just average.  Service was good but they offered us their discount card without letting us know the real prize of it. They should be clear and honest if they would offer something.

I haven’t dined in this branch but I must commend their delivery. It was already late when I had ordered online so the 2 nearest branch to me were already closed. Shakey’s Sucat Shopwise was the one who catered to me. It started out rocky since the rider who delivered my orders was not familiar with the Credit Card machine he brought so he was unable to charge my card then the machine died out on us since he said it was already low on battery. He called the branch and was instructed to leave the food and the branch would just send someone else to bring another credit card machine. While waiting, I did not touch the food yet since there’s still chance that their machine won’t work and I really don’t have enough cash with me to pay for the food. Happy to say that when the 2nd rider arrived, the transaction went smoothly. They even gave me a bottle of Coke Zero (since they gave me Coke regular when the call center agent who called me did not indicate my request for Coke Zero) and a box of Mojos and dip. Kudos for the great customer service!

This Shakey's branch is the most dirty restaurant we've been to. Tables are not cleaned and floor is sticky. Their service was the worst! They didn't inform us that the pizzas will take an hour.

The food was good, but the service time takes too long. The waiters have no coordination. Very slow service. Almost took 15-20 minutes to get the bill.

Been claiming my free pizza from bpi here without hassle. This time we decided to dine in. Our free pizza is perfectly thin-crisp and tasty. Buddy pack consists of 5 pieces of chicken that's seasoned down to the meat covered in crunchy batter. The mojos are spud-tacular as always with its flavored crispy coating and mushy starch interior. Service took a slow turn with the pizza but didnt mind the long wait because it came out freshly hot from the oven. Waiter was nice and polite. If i wanted to pick on this place, it will just have to be the poor lighting because it's pretty dark inside. Ultimately i wil always come back for their food.

Shakey's is having their Monday Madness promo by offering their generations loved Chick n' Chips at 40% off exclusive for Shakey's cardholders.They used to have a restaurant type branch inside BF Homes until they transferred at their current location in Shopwise, Sucat in Brgy. San Antonio. They have a friendly wait staff but can be a bit chaotic during peak hours. I dined during the late afternoon and practically had the entire store to myself. I ordered the promo item and nothing else. Total bill was 177pesos (originally 295pesos). The chicken was flavorful and crunchy but the thigh part was smaller than usual and was a dried out. The breast was different though, it was hot and soft. Perfect with the salty gravy. The mojos was moderately sized with the small ones - crisped up. It could be better but cannot really complain. It was a relaxed dining experience.

Still the go to place for thin crust pizza. While consistency can be an issue (crust os often burned), they still have the most flavor. The fried chicken and mojos are staples in our order set also. I really hope they get their acts together on their pastas.

Shakey’s has been around for a while, a long while, and people come here often for celebrations like birthdays, graduation and even just a simple family gathering. From time-to-time, our family goes out together and we eat at a restaurant. And while in the area, we tried out the Shakey’s branch in Santana Grove in Paranaque.

Shakey's is one of our family favorite pizza place. I love the thin crust pizza. We ordered shrimp, anchovies and mushroom pizza- (party size).. I love this one. I also ordered, shrimp pasta. Too much olive oil and two pieces of shrimps.Since our wait staff MIEN is so patiently explaining to me their monster deal but I opted getting another deal plus a shakey's card.My friend got carbonara pasta.RATING... Shrimp, anchovies and mushroom pizza. 5rating, thin crust.Shrimp pasta is 3rating too much olive oil and so little shrimp two pieces small size.Carbonara pasta is 3.5rating as what my friend told me. Came with the shakey's cardCeasar salad is 4rating. A pitcher of ice tea.My rate is more on attentive managers and wait staffs especially MIEN. She made sure our food arrive on time.Another one their bathroom is clean. 4rating Definely be back there in a month or two.

Hindi pa rin nagbabago yung customer service nila dito. Mabilis and napaka-accomodating pa rin nila. Lahat sila actually. Hahaha! 🙌🏼🙌🏼👏🏻
