The service was bad.... they served our food more than 30 mins that's on top na pinaghintay namin para sa available seat. When the food is served .. wla ice ang drinks dahil naubusan ..walang nagrerefill ng water and we kept on asking for assistance pero mas inuuna nila ang mga padating kesa sa mga customer na matagal na naghintay... they should train their people kung paano dapat ang customer service. VERY BAD SERVICE...

I arrived at the restaurant exactly 9pm. It took a some attempt to call a waiter to finally make an order before some young waiter approached to take the order. He had no paper so he left and after about a minute return again with no paper to write the order. He wrote it in tissue which I think is being resourceful of him. I ordered a wholesome meal with soup because I wanted soup yet I'm alone to order ala carte meals. The waiter told me as usual that my order will be ready within 15 minutes. He left the table at exactly 9:16pm. I also told him to please give me a glass of water soon. No glass of water came soon and at around 9:30pm, the salad arrived at the table with the glass of water. After about 5 minutes or so, the main course arrived without the soup. I had to make several attempts again to call a crew to follow up the soup and finally at 9:46pm, the soup arrived, thus the main course-pizza, chicken and spaghetti is already cold when I had my soup. The soup was nice, that's the reason anyway I went in this place. The pizza as usual is good. The chicken is dry and salty. The spaghetti is not bad. The salad is also good. After eating, I wanted to pay and leave as soon as possible because I still have to take medicine at 10pm. I'm already late for my medicine but again, had to make several attempt to call a crew for the bill before someone passing by came when I called him in a high tone voice. The bill came. I paid. Then the crew who took my money came back with the wring receipt and change. When I finally get my correct receipt, I had to hurry for my medicine which I did not carry with me as the place is just near my place. It was over-all a bad service experience. I don't recommend this place if you are starving because you will starve much more waiting for them to approach your table.
