WHAT A GEM!A friend brought me in this cafe because of my love for arts. And yes, I was not really that disappointed. I mean the place is filled with artworks for sale but the place itself is not really artistic. Even the menu itself has an identity crisis (SHOCKS I WANT TO HELP. I MEAN WANT TO REDESIGN THEIR MENU).So anyway, the 2nd floor will not disappoint you. It is artsy (not the tables tho) especially the veranda, wherein smokers can smoke. So I actually had their All Day Breakfast Meal, the Spam ADBM. I was kind of disappointed with the serving of the Bacon. :( I felt "tinipid") But the Spam is well done and the rice also. I also love their Grape Juice. Will definitely go back to try other food at their menu.

Cool ambiance. Arts are everywhere. Paintings are great. The water wall in front of the store is cool. Place is too small but enough for a chill cafè. I love that slated caramel cake. Uggghhhh. After you full yourself from Japanese foods (Tatsunoko, beside the store) go here and relax. 👍👍👍👍

Pretty good place with cheap and comforting food. The great thing about this cafe is that it's walking distance from my house. Try their Spam Rice meal or any other, they're all worth it.

If you want to know what heaven tastes like, you should try their smores milkshake! No amount of words can describe how amazing it is. Their meals are pretty affordable as well, and they serve amazing breakfast food all day too! It's a quiet place where you can relax, write or maybe read your favorite book.

Anyone will be won over by the food at this place. Oh no, they’re not fancy, they’re not even complicated, but... they are food that taste like your fave aunt prep them when you stayed over their place hahaha! I can’t explain but there is just something in the way they prep say the omelette, it’s very basic yet I keep on ordering the same thing over and over again, Doesn’t matter whether it’s near midnight, thank goodness for their all day brekky. Another Must order is their Aglio Olio, very tasty, and pasta’s al dente:), and the grilled Cheese Sandwich. Prices are very pocket friendly. It’s just a bummer that the place is located in a tight spot and that their only parking slot is difficult to maneuver into or out. So most of the time it’s not even worth a sweat to drop by, especially during the evenings, because its Japanese resto neighbor is occupying all available spaces within the area that Romeo Art Cafe gets lost :/ If you live nearby, just walk :)
