This branch isnt clean anymore and the staff can be timid as some point. Not sure if they are just tired but their attitude seems to lose my appetite UNLESS YOU ARE CRAVING FOR A PORK VIENNA!!!Yes! Try the pork vienna and put those pancakes and chicken aside. Order yourself a gravy and voila! Make sure to get the normal pork vienna rather than the meal version. Just try it and youll thank me for the discovery of the century lmao

One of the first Pancake houses here at the south. Nothing spectacular with the food, just your usual pancake house comfort food. Pan friend chicken is my favorite here but it does take time to cook, good thing the waiters always informs you that it takes 15 mins to cook. Parking could be a problem since they share the parking space with Starbucks and a salon. Overall, nothing great but I will still come back here.

They haven't renovated this branch so it still has the old Pancake House style and vibe like the early 2000s.- Pancake House is the best because it's comfort food at its finest, priced affordably.- they have the fluffiness pancakes.- They offer other breakfast dishes which are all delicious (they cater to the Filipino palette more).- Friendly staff as always.

Worst service ever.Not even half full. Sat there for 20 minutes before someone ever greeted me or gave me a menu. Another 20 minutes before I get a glass of water. Horrible. "I'm sitting here for 20 minutes" Reply: "ok sir". What kind of a service is that? Food served, there is no table mat, no utensils on the table, I have to hold my plate while someone comes to fix the table.Horrible experience. Overrated at 1.0

We ended up here for a post mass dinner with family with the expectation that everyone would find something familiar to order. Service was pretty good although parking was a bit of a challenge.We ordered the House Specials Set A, which has all your favorites and it was well done. We also ordered a bacon waffle and the bacon was still somehow nicely crisp inside the waffle.On the whole it was a positive experience albeit some delays with more complex orders at the table like the Roast Beef Set.

Good place to eat some pancakes, if you're craving~ hahaha. Almost no people going here so it's a very quiet place. 😁

After a long long time was finally able to eat again at Pancake House, it was touching that the crew was still able to remember me. I ordered my favorite Marty's Cinammon French Toast. Tasted like heaven with lots of whip cream and syrup. Took the advice of the staff and coupled it with strawberry milk shake, soooooooooooo good. Am just really sad that Max was able to acquired pancake house 😢 slowly changes are being made. Like Marty's French Toast has been renamed. The classic feel is being replaced. It's not only the food I love, but the connection you feel with the owners from the names of the food, to their favorite movies. I hope they don't change to much.

I always get the chicken and the waffles here... I personally love the gravy here for the chicken, put the chicken strips on the waffle with that good gravy and maple syrup! Good shit.

Brunch w my HS friends. 💕 Ordered my usual Spanish Omelet while Ony ordered the Banana Walnut Caramel pancakes. And as always, we enjoyed our orders. Siksik and cheesy omelet served with toasted bread and salad (you can either have white or wheat bread 😉). And as for the pancakes, I didn't know that there's also banana inside the pancakes! Sarap!! The pancakes were fluffy and were cooked perfectly! 💛💛 Also tried the cinnamon toast which was good, I used to ignore it before because it doesn't look that appetizing. Good thing my friend ordered and I was able to try it. 😁 And also the mashed potato which was kind of weird at first but was surprisingly good, too. 😅 Service wasn't that great though. Good thing, we were all having a good and fun time talking hence no time to be annoyed by the not so good service and snob servers! 😒

Worst Pancake House I've been to. Poor service, uncooked food, and rude wait staff. Don't even get me started on the heat inside the store. It's sad since Pancake House is one of my favorite places to go for comfort food.
