Worst customer service yet.Ordered from north park macapagal at around 6:45 pm. It's now 9:56 pm and the food hasn't arrived. 3 hours plus late. Talked to the CSR thru 73737. They told me that this branch would call me. Guess what. No calls. I had to look up for their number and it was me who called. I was able to talk to Jun Capinpin, no idea what his position is, and told me that there was a minor problem with the rider. We both agreed that he would call me after calling the rider. Guess what again? So i called back asking for an update and he said the rider is on his way. We were having a discussion regarding the matter and he was talking to other people. He wasn't focusing on the problem. How rude can he get? So i got mad because we had an agreement that he would call me for an update which he did not. What kind of service are you offering northpark? I was still ok even if the delivery was late but this guy was just so rude.Later delivery, rude customer service. Anything good you can offer?

Good food, big servings. We ordered a lot of food as we thought that a few wont satisfy us. But, man! It was more than enough. Our bill was only 1600+ for 6 pax, all tummies full, all were satisfied and we even had take home. I love their sweet and sour fish fillet, garlic rice, lemon chicken and the big platter. And their complimentary soup was just oh so good!

Had bad experiences from their take out services. You had to follow up at least twice before they remember that they have a pending order.The setting of expectation and meeting that expectation you've set towards customer is important.

The place is located conveniently located en route to the south (Sucat, Las Piñas, Alabang) coming from Pasay (particularly the MoA area). It's perfect when you don't want to drive back to MoA for food. There are other options nearby too. Parking is limited but can possibly extend to the gas station (in case its allowed). Ate here last night after having a night out with my friends. The place was super dirty. The rest room, tables and chairs were very untidy. I saw their kitchen when im about to use the CR and it was also very dirty. The waiter even told the other staff to close the door of their kitchen because we can see that their kitchen was very untidy. The food was good, yes. But when it comes to cleanliness, bagsak talaga. 👎 Yung ibang branch naman nila like sa ATC, okay naman. I did not bother to take pictures of the food and the place kasi we're very disappointed.

We went here on Good Friday with my kids and my brother at around 11PM. The place was packed which is expected as there were only few restaurants open. But there were still a lot of crew present which I don't understand why we were not attended to. I had to call their attention a few times as some of the staff were obviously ignoring us, to think that we were seated at the first table near the counter. We were wearing casual clothes (shirt, shorts, sandals) then and I noticed that they first attended to a group wearing more formal clothes. When we were finally attended to, I had to repeat my order to the girl taking our orders, to think that I only ordered for beef brisket noodles, yang chow, braised beef with brocoli flower and toasted noodles which are there best sellers. The food arrived after 10 mins, except for the beef brocoli which I have to follow up 2x. It arrived after we've eaten the other food and at that time I was already planning to cancel. And while waiting for the bill, a crew approached me twice to ask if I ordered dumplings. Duh! we were obviously done eating! Service in this branch is not comparable to their ATC branch which is where I frequent to.

My go to place for Tendon Noodles. It will always be BN-18 for me! Tender beef tendon braised in brown sauce topped over flat Shanghai noodles. I always order the flat Shanghai to capture every ounce of sauce!

I love north park 💛 they serve tasty dim sum, birthday noodles, Mapo tofu and boneless honey lemon chicken. I can’t resist eating fried rice bc it’s also good! This branch is really crowded during dinner time and understaffed. Don’t expect staff to assist you to your table.

sad to see and especially taste! gone the way many of their branches have since the 70s!.. The beef with kai-lan was 90% canned mushrooms and sauce! the saltes rib okih! the fried rice was drive mixed rice with few vegetable and protein but not what a fried rice should be' the price of 800 no big deal's and expectations low from begin with but this small fade took 30min to be served .. staff was aloaf when asked why bad the restaurant was never seen as empty in years! congrays kiddos working you manage to wrack another place with 8r brilliant outlook on what life should be

I have always liked North Park, but this particular branch is somewhat below my expectation. Dined over here a couple of times and the rice they served is over cooked. So the quality so not so good.The person who also took our orders got it wrong, but that’s fine. We all do make mistakes after all. And the manager gave us a discount.
