Worst customer service yet.Ordered from north park macapagal at around 6:45 pm. It's now 9:56 pm and the food hasn't arrived. 3 hours plus late. Talked to the CSR thru 73737. They told me that this branch would call me. Guess what. No calls. I had to look up for their number and it was me who called. I was able to talk to Jun Capinpin, no idea what his position is, and told me that there was a minor problem with the rider. We both agreed that he would call me after calling the rider. Guess what again? So i called back asking for an update and he said the rider is on his way. We were having a discussion regarding the matter and he was talking to other people. He wasn't focusing on the problem. How rude can he get? So i got mad because we had an agreement that he would call me for an update which he did not. What kind of service are you offering northpark? I was still ok even if the delivery was late but this guy was just so rude.Later delivery, rude customer service. Anything good you can offer?

Good food, big servings. We ordered a lot of food as we thought that a few wont satisfy us. But, man! It was more than enough. Our bill was only 1600+ for 6 pax, all tummies full, all were satisfied and we even had take home. I love their sweet and sour fish fillet, garlic rice, lemon chicken and the big platter. And their complimentary soup was just oh so good!

Had bad experiences from their take out services. You had to follow up at least twice before they remember that they have a pending order.The setting of expectation and meeting that expectation you've set towards customer is important.
