The only Consistent about this Restaurant is the inconsistent guest service, taste of food and the food presentation . All staff has no complete product knowledge and sense of personalize service. This restaurant is just below mediocre.

Noodl8 is relatively cheaper as compared to the other restaurants at City of Dreams. They have a Make Your Own Noodle Soup option where you can choose the noodle, soup broth and toppings that you want. I recommend the Taiwanese Herbal Beef for the broth. A bowl is good enough for two persons. They also have dim sum like pork buns and dumplings. The dumplings here are expensive - they cost 268php per order. It's just 40pesos lower than the noodle soup which is priced at 308php.  Go for the Steamed Barbecue Pork Buns instead - cheaper and tastier. Service is below average. The place wasn't even full when we went there but it was so hard to catch the servers' attention. It seemed like they were all busy. And when we asked regarding their items, the answer we got was "Pasensya na po, bago lang po ako dito". They keep on forgetting to get us some water even if we followed up several times. Even the bill took long before it was given to us.

Ramen noodles are fun to bite since they feel hand-pulled. The Taiwanese broth is tasty to perfection and needs no improvement. Cabbage and enoki mushrooms are at par with my expectations. The beef brisket is excellent because each piece is tender and tasty. Shrimp Wanton Dumpling is fairly good.

Attentive and friendly staff. Lively place to go to. Very reasonable price for the foods. Serving tea was jasmine tea which is good. Overall rating 10/10

Affordability and worthiness of pricing? Check! Flavorful taste? Amazing service and plating? Check! Awesome experience? Check!Noodl8 is a four-chair turner (or should I say Noodl8 is a deserving golden buzzer recipient - for those who watch Got Talent over The Voice franchise) in the field of Asian gastronomy! Noodl8 offers a wonderful noodle dining experience by having its diners personalize their bowl orders for only Php. 298!For those who haven't heard or if you're planning to pay this place a visit, read on my straightforward ordering guide samples. :)There are five sections in the menu/form which you need to fill out in creating your noodle dish order: (1) noodles, (2) broth, (3) protein [two kinds], (4) veggies [two kinds] and (5) condiments.I ordered: "Egg Noodles in Taiwan Herbal Beef broth with Shrimp Wonton, Sliced Beef Brisket, Shiitake Mushroom and Bok Choy sprinkled with roasted Garlic".My partner ordered: "Ramen Noodles in Chicken Superior broth with Shredded Chicken, Pork Belly, Baby Corn and Bean Sprouts topped with sliced Ginger".Mom and Dad ordered: "Egg Noodles in Sichuan Spicy Prawn broth with Fresh Shrimp, Quail Eggs, Radish, Baby Corn and Fried Anchovies".I did well in exhausting all there is on their menu! Haha! Thanks to the attendant (in green, mermaid-inspired, flowing gown/attire) who patiently assisted us along the way.Serving time I believe ranges from 10-15 minutes. Jasmine tea was served in advance. We were excited in anticipation as to how each would look and taste like! The amount of servings certified the worthiness of each penny spent. The bowls were huge and the ingredients were more than adequate. Each dish can really appease or make up with one's deprived and famished intestines. All three noodle soups were spot on!This restaurant offers more than just food-to-eat or soup-to-sip, the experience is definitely a multiplier to how our tummies enjoyed our very own delightful creations! Noodl8 is indeed a must try!
