Their cakes are really good; also their cupcakes! Their promos are really helpful. They have promos almost everyday. Their milkshakes are to die for!! ❤️ The place is really small though.

It’s time to update my review which I did on December 2015, to today, 2018 and I’m still the most loyal customer of this shop due to first and foremost Racquel and second, the consistency of their Uber yummy pastas and baked goodies they have. I recently ordered birthday cupcakes for my sister, and she was totally chuffed because the 3 variants (carrot, red velvet and Belgian chocolate) were on point, that the people who tasted it were complimenting her :). It was even the shortest noticed I’ve given them yet they still accommodated my order :) 5? Because the food is scrumptious!Because the price is affordable!Because the service is good!We got curious while driving along El Grande what this unassuming place is offering. So in we went, and At that time they had a promo : buy one take one cake! Wow! That's like hitting the jackpot! Since the cakes displayed on their glass cabinets were really attractive and big sizes, but in our minds we were bracing ourselves actually with how bad the cakes must be to be on such a promo 😅! Thank goodness we still went for it! The rest, as they say, is history 😊Mrs. Peppers will give Banapple a run for its money - cake wise 😋😋😋. Just to make it clear, the cakes are freshly baked, they are always new everyday, in fact, if you don't call them for a cake reservation, chances are, they're all gone in the evening when you pass by on your way home. It happened to us a lot of times, so we learned our lesson. We have tried all their cakes and you'll never regret it! Our favourites are the Red Velvet cake and Grandma's Carrot cake! Both are amazingly moist! Salted Caramel cake is also good! Then comes the pasta!!!!! I'm telling you, for the price they're charging, you'll really get a first class pasta serving! Everything is delightful! BUT We are so partial to their wild mushroom cream based pasta with truffle oil! It is a must! We have been ordering this when one night, the taste subtly change - for the best! So I inquired who prepared it and I was told it was Racquel, the tall, slim young lady who always mans the area. I think her talent is wasted cashiering or taking orders , I think she'd do better in the kitchen. That night, I have to say it was the best I've ever tasted, better than Larcy's. Visited this place again tonight and tried their new chicken pesto pasta and it's so scrumptious !!! It's that good! They have added new stuff on what they are offering daily, like sandwiches, and simple pizzas, and yes for what you're paying, it's more than enough :) So if you swing by this place, don't forget to ask for their promos, whether that be a buy one take one slices of cake(s), a buy one take one whole cake, or set meals 😉

Their Truffle Mushroom Pasta is just to die for. But let's not forget all the delectable cakes especially the uber moist Salted Caramel Cake

Mrs. Peppers is quite easy to find - just beside Ann Arbor Montessori along El Grande avenue. The signage is adorable and very welcoming.   Interiors are warm, cheery, cozy and definitely instagram worthy.  I love the big macaron display that was set up like a Christmas tree.   They specialize on cakes, pastries and other baked goods. They also sell rice meals, pasta and pizza.   Their almond sans rival was a little too sweet for me but still delicious.   Nice place to relax and hang out while waiting for traffic to ease up.  Will come back for their macarons and other yummy treats.**Upgraded rating I tried 1 of their rice meals - blue marlin steak with buttered vegetables and a free cake slice of the day (vanilla chiffon cake with rainbow sprinkles and marshmallow icing).    The fish was cooked to my liking.  Cake was delicious - marshmallow icing was so good.    This setup reminds me of Red Ribbon's offering of free cake with their meals but Mrs Peppers' has better tasting meal options.    Highly recommend their value for money rice meals.   All rice meals are priced below Php200 and served with buttered veg and cake slice of the day.  While I was waiting for my order, another customer stopped by to purchase a cake.   The friendly lady staff manning the counter was very helpful in explaining their cake selections to the customer and offered good options that resulted in an upgraded order.   Now that's good customer service.

Cozy dessert place along El Grande St, BF Homes. I really like their sugar-free chocolate cake, though I'm not really a fan of cakes and desserts, in general. This tells you something, right? Coffee is very good too.
