Out of all the Mr. Parks I’ve been to...this is by far one of the worse one! some of the staff are friendly but there is one in particular that is very rude! As well as the owner...seems to have no proper hospitality with their customers (greetings, up-keep of the place, etc). This place has so much potential especially being in a prime area. It’s 24hrs but they definitely don’t make you feel welcome if your there in the wee hours studying. Also, barley any plugs work. Baked goods, coffee and other food are alright. If they put more effort than maybe people would want to spend more money there.

Easily the ONLY place in Sucat, if not the South, to accommodate customers 24/7 with unlimited wi-fi connection, electrical outlets, coffee and dessert options, and toilet (for urination only). For South people, a conducive place to study or cure a hangover. For the ultimate Korean chill, floor seating is also available at a secluded area (open only until 10pm). Staff are generally accommodating and product knowledgeable. My only issues were wi-fi connection tends to be down at some point and heavy toilet business needs be held in for flush issues. Pass by from 10pm-12am to avail of their 30% discount on baked goods, sometimes with free additional product depending on amount of purchase.

Some pastries are good. But most of their cakes doesn't have that decadent feel to it. Their coffee ain't great either. But I'd recommend it if you like desserts but don't want too much sweetness into it.

Since it's open 24 hours, the place looks a bit old and dark inside. I'm a bit disappointed also about their Bingsu. I was expecting it to be "shaved ice" but they served it with the ordinary crushed ice ☹️

Great WiFi and open 24 hours. A rare and welcome find for Manila. Good place to get some work done and good coffee, desserts, and shakes at good prices.

Definitely a gem in Aguirre. I always passed by this cafe but never took the chance to visit it. Today, I decided to give this cafe a try. Their food is good! I love their cream cheese bun. It's so good. I didn't enjoy their strawberry shake.

Best thing about this place is that it's open 24/7 (the front area remains open for the wee hours). Pastries and baked snacks are discounted towards the evening, providing good value. Coffee is surprisingly good but the pastires and other backed items we've tried are not as good. Still, a nice gem in the BF area where night owls can relax til the wee hours.

The baked goods are always fresh. The cakes are perfect for folks who want something refreshing. The price may be higher than the usual but that's because:1) They're open 24 hours a day. We gotta help them pay their bills.2.) They don't dump a boatload of refined sugar in their batter. This place is relatively easy to miss though due to very dull signage. Please find attached to this review pictures of two of the many beautiful (and delicious) cakes I've purchased- one with flash, one without. Not that there's any point in having them both up here but, hey, free country.

This branch makes the best cream puffs unlike the rest. The light shell plus the slightly sweetened and very light cream filling made it a winner. I wasn't really a fan of cream puffs because of the eggy taste of the shell but this one really changed my view for cream puffs. I only tried the original flavor but they have strawberry, matcha, and chocolate.Definitely worth coming back. 👌🏼

Love the strawberry banana shake and the capsal twist. It's a bit overpriced though. the staff are very polite. Way to go mr. Parks! Will surely be back soon. Right, Kmyl Lei ?
