Mongolian Quick Box & Veli is finally opened! From its beginnings as a humble kiosk up to what it is today, their concept has truly changed over the years. I've never tried Mongolian Quick Box before so having this opportunity made me really excited. I love how they have a food counter wherein the ingredients are displayed and the customers can personally choose what to put in their bowl. I got the chance to be hands on in what I eat since I'm a picky eater. I chose beef, squid balls, and chicken as my main ingredients. I chose their original sauce which was so good! The taste is great, but there was absolutely no creativity in the plating. Of course, that was to be expected but customers should focus on the flavor more. I would have went for another bowl of this pure awesomeness but I was already stuffed.

The place is nice and clean. It's still new. The crew were friendly. Enjoyed the Mongolian Barbecue. Just wasn't too happy that they didn't have ice for my drink because the grocery below ran out.

Tried the Mongolian Single Bowl for Php275. Mostly veggies and low carb options. No onions. For the meats, I skipped the squid and fishballs. I guess it's enough for my budget. The Php450 all-you-can eat variant sounds a little too much for my wallet. Add a few more bucks, I can eat a buffet at Sambo Kojin. So there.I'm thinking of going back to try their Vietnamese meals.
