My ultimate favorites were the Sushi Fire Ball, Saikoro Beef Japan and the Mango Mojito! I have tried eating in a Yakitori-inspired concept in Makati once, but I wasn’t pleased. Without bias, Kantori Yakitori offers affordable yakimonos and cocktail drinks that are for sharing. I will definitely come back again! Perfect for barkada hangout!

One of the few that is still open at 1030pm on a Sunday... Tried their mango vinaigrette salad - sauce tasted like mango puree (all sweet), and yummymono sampler - tofu tempura (too greasy) and topped of cheesy mayo, shitake mushroom is a so so, what I love about was their quail egg with a piece of pork fat and their grilled pork belly (tender meat). There were too many staffs in a corner while only 1 of them prepares the food.. Well since its already late, only us are their customers.. They are open till 12mn but they are already preparing for closure..This is preferred as a bar place not for the good food.

As in all other BF restaurants, it's hard to find a parking here. The ambiance fits for a "barkada" kind of Saturday night. They offer draft beer by the pitcher and happy hour from 9pm to 11pm for Japanese Whisky. We ordered:Yummytori SamplerThey're simply isaw inihaw with a hint of Japanese yakitori flavor. They should marinate it longer? Or better? In yakitori sauce, in my opinion. Because it just tastes so plain grilled. You'd think 258 is affordable for a sample but it's not worth it for the taste. The meatball included tastes so peppery too. The only redeemer to this sampler is the intestines (Shiro). The Shiro is a refined version of the Filipino "Isaw." I suggest to order the Yummymono sampler instead. It consists of Pork Belly, Asparabacon, Quail eggs, tofu tempura and shiitake mushrooms. At least this one has a unique mix of ingredients. The Yummytori sampler is more for the meat lover.Sushi fire balls - There's something lacking, like a cilantro or something. it just tastes like a breaded ball of rice with japanese chilli powder.

There is this one thing that you must try in Kantōri Yakitori, and it's their isaw. (I forgot how they call it. Lol.) It's cleaned thoroughly and perfectly blanched and grilled. You can feel the softness of its texture on your mouth and its awesomely salted taste. And don't forget their Japanese Caviar mayo of course swooshed over on top. Now, this so-called isaw would definitely make me come back for more. And of course, I had a glass of their Mango Beer-garita. Clap clap! 👍🏻

I don't have words except that for the food they are serving, their price is a rip off ... :/ I'll tell you what, if you want this kind of food, there is this barbeque stand right on the Right side of Mercury Drug Store ( the one at Aguirre cor El Grande ) . You won't miss it because of the smoke 😄! Seriously, they serve mean barbeques! They have the usual fare of street food: chicken innards, pig's big and small intestines, purefoods hotdogs and of course the pork bbq. How good is it? Well, on good days we have to ask the coños and coñas queuing up for their turn to be served, or the SUVs that are park beside it, or when they can't park they just holler their orders and do a u-turn to pick it up instead of eating there, or the foreigner backpackers who would also stand patiently to wait for their orders. They have a lot of customers that they have to put a long mono block table and chairs for customers to sit down and eat (ala dining in hahaha!). They started serving rice and sodas too. Even if you eat 10 sticks you will still be shelling out more or less 100 pesos. The vinegar Sauce is also the clincher. It's perfect! Is it clean? Very! In fact the chicken intestines I ate at kantori yakitori had been a bit bitter and smelled like it wasn't properly cleaned out. Don't be put off by the looks of the place. What's important is, the food is clean, yummy and cheap! As my niece said, "it's a cheap thrill" 😄

Good food! Reasonable price! Friendly staffs 😊 must try and ohh few suggestion they should have a variety of flavors i mean not just one taste of the chicken because they chicken is better if its spicy or other flavor 😊😊 other than that they have good food

We ordered two of the sampler dishes and they did not fail. We enjoyed each bite (especially the asparabacon and chicken meatball!). Servers were welcoming and accommodating - they knew their menu very well. A concern about eating indoors is the smell of smoke from their grill. We hope that their exhaust and ventilation will improve soon. Overall, it was a good experience :)

We ordered Shiro(isaw) w/c me and my friend really loved so we ordered another. Haha. The Nasu(eggplant) was good but a bit over priced. The yummytori sampler is the best! Okonomiyaki not so great. But overall it was great. Staff are polite. However, i felt like we were robbed by being forced to pay P40 for the parking, we overheared the guys from the other table talking about same encounter.

Extrmemely affordable prices, a nice ambiance and delicious food are all here. My friends and I highly recommend the pork yakitori and the yakisoba! The pineapple sake is also good. They should have more tables though lol.
