The place is not bad, it is also not great. It provides a good dining experience with a simple menu but with good service. There are instances when they would have really good pinakbet and lumpia. Their rice topping meals are also good for the budget. Delivery around the area is also fast and efficient.

I was marooned here when the whole avenue was flooded and no vehicle could pass through. Joliant was the only place opened and since it was awkward to be there without ordering, although the staff left manning the place were courteous, I asked for a cup of coffee. The funny thing was, they still had their AC on high despite the strong rain that you wished the coffee wouldn't grow cold as you wrapped your hands on the cup trying to staved off the coldness from the wet clothings. They don't serve brewed coffee, they serve you a hot water and a packet of 3 in 1 coffee. After consuming 5 of those waiting out for the flood to abate, I looked through the menu and they serve the kind of food you just throw in to the microwave. Every dish is portioned, packed and frozen, that all the crew would do is just microwave it and serve. I tried the Bicol Express, and it reminded me of a student meal, just enough for what you have paid for, in a better surroundings :) and with that AC on high, I'd be spending my meal times here if I were a student, living in a place that doesn't allow cooking ;)

Their Chili con Carne was just ...??? :( I couldn't even tell it's CcC.I'll give it a 1.0 because at least the Sprite was delicious. They have a lot to improve on.

I was with my family the first time I went here. My mom decided to have dinner here since she already tried to eat in Joliant's Doña Soledad branch. The place was good. Crew are very accomodating. Food were serve about 15-20 minutes. We ordered sinigang na tanigue, spicy garlic chicken, yang chow (rice platter), kare-kare and chicharon bulaklak. All food was good except for the spicy garlic chicken, not so tasty and dry, obviously not newly cooked.
