If they served the rice faster and been a bit nicer, I would have given them a rating thats closeto perfect. The service has always been an issue for this restaurant but the food is good.

We tried their Set Menu worth Php 1,375.00. My daughter loved the sinigang sa miso na boneless bangus and kare-kare (laman). she dearly loved the taste of their bagoong! A little bit warm inside coz the doors were virtually opened all throughout and some flies keep buzzing our food. Hope they can do something about this. overall experience above average.

Best dishes I've tasted so far in this restaurant are Kare-kareng laman, Bopis, and Crispy Dinuguan. Crispy Kangkong was not so crispy and they only used ketchup for the dipping, sweet mayo or a better dipping sauce could have been better. Overall, they offer great food choices and so far I was not disappointed with the taste and amount of serving. The only downside is sanitation, and there were flies inside the restaurant and when we sat near the restrooms, I could literally smell it from the outside, so we had to transfer to another table away from the restrooms. One fly even literally jumped on my boyfriend's mango shake; good thing is that they replaced the shake immediately. I just hope that they will be more conscious about cleanliness and sanitation because even when they serve really good food; customers will be turned off seeing that there are flies literally flying and jumping around when they're eating.

Me and my friends are finding a decent restaurant in SM Sucat to dine in and we found this resto. Pretty neat and decent. So we dined in.Upon entering, you will be greeted by the receptionist and you will be seated. Ambiance is good and the airconditioning is also cool. Nothing to be bothered there.Ordered the Crispy Pata, Bulalo, Inihaw na pusit and Sisig. (And no we are not planning to die just yet.) We were informed of the waiting time and we did agreed to it. Several minutes later.. i think its around 20 minutes and the other tables after us are being served already we asked for ours to follow up. Around 5 minutes we were served the Sisig, Bulalo and the Inihaw na pusit. No crispy pata yet. We thought that the food is still being prepared. (Sisig and the Pusit are almost cool already.. meaning they were just sitting there in the kitchen)Followed up again the crispy pata as we are halfway already with our meal and still no sign of crispy pata. I stopped eating as to give way some space for the crispy pata. Another 3 to 4 minutes and the crispy pats is served. Some of my friends are done eating and i was about to lose my appetite. Crispy pata is cooked just right for me.But then serving time isnt the best here. Take note that the place isnt that packed for our food to take that long. But still good food from kuya j. Hoping a better service next time.

Since the place is quite pricey I expect good and quality food. We ordered Pork Sinigang and plain rice. The sinigang tasted like it was overdosed with pork cubes and sinigang mix. In this "instant" world, I am not expecting that they use fresh sampaloc for sinigang but atleast use a real pork broth. We also ordered ripe and green mango, which for 110 pesos each I expect to taste the mango but no I got disappointed. There was also a big fly, flying around. I really hate it! I mean, the restaurant is located inside a shopping mall. The food is pricey. So I do not expect to shoo fly the time I'm eating. The only thing I appreciate are the friendly staff.
