Definitely has a bad customer service! This was my second time in this branch. It took so long for our orders to be done (To Go) when in fact I just ordered few on their menu (gyudon, Maki and miso soup). What's worse was the orders from other customers next to us came first than ours!We followed up, still we waited for few more minutes and seems like the staff is not apologetic!Good food but the service? NAHH! They're not even friendly.

Who said good food can’t come cheap? Hanako is a good place if you’re craving for that Japanese fix if you’re on a tight budget. The rolls were quite small but the size of the tonkatsu was big. Thumbs up to this place 👍🏽

The nearest place for my Jap cravings... I love their California Gunkan and Gyoza. Place is decent and convenient for us, servers are polite and courteous. In our recent visit, they keep on apologizing for the delay in serving rice. 😀 I wish they will be able to add ramen&yakisoba in their menu soon.

Called to order food for delivery and I was put on hold for more than 4 minutes. I can hear the employees chatter in the background and the guy I was talking to completely forgot about the call. If not for one of the female employees reminding him, he would’ve forgotten completely, leaving me hanging for minutes on end. Very disappointing since we regularly get food here.

My go to sushi place. I love almost all their rolls. A must try is their five star roll and spicy tuna crunch. Their gyoza is also one of my favorites. The service is also good. The staff are friendly.

Really good food but the sevice is terrible. It feels like no one is happy by the volume of people coming in. If you'd like to be pissed off at the wait staff's contagious perpetually exhausted aura.

I love the food. Their Sukiyaki is warm and delicious and their Gyoza is cooked to perfection. The staff are warm and friendly. :)

food was ok i always like to get the sushi platter its better to dine in than delivery it will take you 45mins to 1hr so better call in advance for food delivery
