annoying customer service for this branch who doesnt respond well to orders and doesnt even summarize if she got all my orders and details, in the end she just said thank u. i mean i had to remind her to summarize orders and syncronize our time.

If anyone who posts here knows who manages the place then please tell them that, they need cleaning. A LOT of cleaning. I've eaten here multiple times already and while the food has always been up-to-fastfood-par, cleanliness is another thing. Plus a little renovation is could. Service was slow but at least I got my orders.

After months of refurbishment ,Greenwich Bicutan must be ready for a review.Went there at the opening of the mall ,saw the new interiors nice bright and colorful.Had their lasagna I liked it served hot melted cheese and all wasn't expecting much but it delivered well and very comforting.*Place was way better than before.*Staff friendly and quick

After so many years I decided to eat again here. I missed their pasta specially their lasagna. The taste is the same and I was very satisfied. On top of that I ordered their wings and fries. I took advantage of their promo but I was dissapointed. As far as I can remember their fried chicken has quite resemblance with Jollibee. It was overcooked & dry. French fries is not their specialty. It doesn't taste good, but I like the presentation of their dips.Staff were attentive. The place is clean and cozy. I'll still go back to eat pasta and pizza.

After 2 years of working abroad, I was really excited to taste the signature pizza of the Philippines! Greenwich, never fail to amaze me when it comes to their pizza and the lasagna! Thank you Greenwich! 😊😊😊😊😊
