Good Food with out breaking the bank. If you want to enjoy steaks, burrito, and tacos come to this place. We tried their t-bone and porterhouse steak. Th e sauce was delicious but the meat is a little hard. They have big servings. The ambience of the place is also nice.

This is the kind of place you go to when you don’t want to cook or you live alone and you are just in the walking distance neighborhood or you want good food but with limited budget. That’s because it’s very laidback, straightforward place with good food at a very affordable price, and a prompt service. Looking at the menu, you can see all the comfort food that you habitually order from any American fast food shop, or Mexican or Spanish or even your local tapsihan but in a higher level (ok just one level 😆). I like everything I’ve eaten, albeit thin in the case of the Sizzling Porterhouse but the gravy was so perfect that I almost didn’t notice the quantity. The Mushroom Melt Burger was juicy and savoury, which means they either make them or their supplier is making good quality patties, I appreciated also the fact that the bun was soft and just right, the mushroom sauce reminded me of the roast beef gravy in Hyatt. The Killer Tacos is a MUST order. It’s unique in presentation and a total bomb (I meant that in a + way) in your mouth. As for the Gourmet Shawarma , you can never go wrong on this one. It’s beef all the way to the last bite. And not just slivers of thin sorry excuse of a beef but good slices of tender beef, in fact this alone is a tummy filler without any add on order. The Quesadillas were so cheesy! The Tocino del Cielo is on point, the Carrot cake is so good! Two Perfect desserts to finish off a good meal. Your hard earned money will have A LOT of mileage on top of good food and comfy place than the Taco-By place down the road. Seriously. And no, I don’t know who owns Gourmet Palate place but I hope this business will prosper. If you have a car and their parking is full, you can park at PNB (that is if you’re there in the evening, at least your car is safe because there is a guard on duty😊). The shop is close on a Monday.PS: Master Howardwashere once said to me that toilet is a very good indicator of how food is prepared behind the kitchen, well, Gourmet has the neatest one in their caliber, it’s not just clean but the inside is well stocked with paper towels/tissue rolls and linearly organized 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

We go to gourmet's because we're craving for something but always end up ordering a different one each time. Haha. It's because they have a lot to choose from on their menu and everything tastes good it's hard to decide which one you want to get, it's like you want to order everything. Haha. From appetizers to dessert, there's one to satisfy your cravings. Burgers are good, big and juicy, i'd recommend the mushroom melt, it's gotten bigger and now served with fries compared to when they were first open from years back. Killer tacos are great, siomai, quesadillas, shawarma, sizzling roast beef and porterhouse are delicious, i think it's the gravy that makes it special. And of course, takaw beef, definitely a must try, order this and put the garlic sauce and hot sauce and you're good to go. The place is quite small and the ambiance is casual and laidback so it's comfortable to dine in. Food isn't that expensive, it's sulit na. Definitely something you should visit when in bf.

Gourmet remains one of my all-time favorite joints here in BF. The portions are good and always leave me full. I always get a Red Alarm Burger, it's almost a default order. But the Backyard Burger, Wasabi Ninja Burger, and Aussie burger are just as amazing. I've tried their Chicken and Beef Takaw rice and they're super sulit. I recommend you get an extra egg. The meal will get even better.Not too impressed with their Gourmet Shawarma and Beef Quesadillas though. The portions are off and sometimes it's too salty.The service can be inconsistent at times, where you have to follow up often in order to get their attention. They still give thin tissue; I always have to use a huge wad of tissue for wiping my hands after a meal. Can't you guys invest in tissue with a higher ply? Overall, delicious food at affordable prices? What are you waiting for, head on over.

My favorite restaurant in BF.. Beef takaw and their burgers.. So good! Try it guys.. Definitely value for money.. Been eating here since our college days and glad they are still around.

We randomly selected this restaurant not knowing we were in for a treat. The items were priced inexpensively, easy on the pocket. I had the beef lasagna which was served hot, you could see the mozzarella still “boiling”. And yes, it tastes cheezy good.

Blue thunder is a must try! Their soft tacos are also good. Overall they offer good food at the right price. Love going here when I’m craving for comfort food.

Gourmet is one of my all time fave burger joint here in BF Homes. They have a good selection on one of a kind burger combinations, from classic to out of this world Wasabi Ninja at reasonable prices. Also in case you are not a burger person, they have rice meals and pastas to choose from. I haven't tried everything in their menu, and I don't mind going back to do just so...My only issue, parking tend to be a bit of a stress.Anyways, I still Love. Love. Love this burger place; And, I highly recommend giving them a try.
