We went here with my family for lunch and decided to eat here since it is along our way. We haven't had breakfast yet and it was a bit past lunch time already so you could imagine our hunger. The moment we sat down and looked at the menu, there weren't much to choose from but we still manage to order a lot for a party of three.CHECKLIST:✔Airconditioned✔Credit card accepted✔ParkingPLACE- 4The place looked really nice and ithas some classy and homey vibe to it. It was airconditioned but I found it a bit hot. Maybe it's just because of where we were seated. Also because I sweat a lot 😂😂PEOPLE - 2.5I get that working in the food service business can be stressful and all but you still have to force that smile when you talk to your customers. It's like they were to tired to serve us or just mehh. I also noticed how it took some time before I can call their attention. When they are walking around, their heads were down as if avoiding eye contact. Food service was a bit slow too and one of our order was almost forgotten. Also, I drink a lot of water and it was really hard to get it from them because they keep on forgetting to bring water everytime I ask.FOOD - 2.51. Rice You probably wont believe me if I told you I'm not a rice person but when I do eat rice, I am very particular with it. There was someting off with there rice — for a price of 39 pesos — for me. The grains weren't whole and it could have used some more water when cooking. Maybe I'm just really picky with the rice I eat.2. ShanghaiIt was good. It came with a small serving of atchara. The rolls were small but plenty and the stuffing was surprisingly meaty. I liked it.3. ChopsueyThey were generous with the the veggies and other toppings which was good but I found it bland and tasteless. Could have used some more salt. It was watery too which made me like it less.4. Garlic Adobo ShredsIt was flaky but not as crunchy as you'd expect. When I first took a bite of it, it resembled fried dilis. It didn't had much flavor on it's own. I don't recommend. I'm sorry.5. Fried ChickenTheir fried chicken is served with some french fries, which to be honest, tasted like the fries you can get from street vendors. Not that it's a bad thing or what. The fried chicken itself was nothing special. It was like the fried chicken you have for baon on school days when your parents or yaya was too tamad or in a rush to make you a decent meal. Nevertheless, it kind of reminds you of home. I just don't know if that is a good thing. It is also one of their "must try" lol, but you be the judge of it.6. Kilawing Puso ng SagingOut of all the food served during that meal, this is the only one I liked. It was tangy with just the right amount of vinegar and spiciness in it. It didn't look or tasted bland like most kilawin would look. I like how they got around the pale look of a regular kilawin by adding atchiote I liked it!(Fun fact, I just learned how to properly spell atchiote after googling atsuete and discovering I was wrong.)7. SisigIt's only a handful of times I've been into Gerry's, but everytime I eat at it, I always order sisig, and out of all those time I ordered sisig, this was the only time I regreted it. This was the food they almost forgot to serve. It only arrived halfway when we were about to finish our meal and when they served it, it wasn't sizzling. It was almost cold already. There was no egg, only a sprinkle of some not so crispy chicharon dust. It wasn't crunchy, it didn't had any flavor, and I ended up eating the whole thing because my family didn't want any of it. Never again.8. Blueberry CheesecakeWe just ordered a slice for dessert but damn was it salty. I ordered dessert but we ended up with a salty snack. My mother kept on protesting that it was just a block of salty cream cheese with spilt blueberry jam on top. I do commend how they made and effort on the plating. To be honest, if I wasn't really hungry at that time, I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it at all. We were just really hungry at that timeWould I recommend? Not really, at least maybe not this branch. If only they train their crew better and use more seasoning in their dishes.-Romelito Manuel Clorina

Place has an area for the bar and a separate dining area. The dining area has high ceilings which is nice but might be the reason why the numerous air conditioning units were not able to keep the place cold. We were supposed to dine in but since it was not as cold as we wanted, we asked for our food to be for take outs instead. Hubby and I just had a can of beer and Pepsi while waiting. They charged service charge for our drinks but not for the food which is ok.Update 10/5/2020:Grilled Baby Squid was undercooked.

This set menu for 999 pesos good for 4 pax. Gerry’s grill serves Filipino dishes. My family loved the food but the place and ambiance is 👎🏻👎🏻 There were langaw fleas flyingeverywhere 🦟, the servers were not attentive too.

We went here for my sister's graduation celebration. Everything was okay, nothing extra. The waiters and the manager were also nice. Unfortunately, there was a fly in the soup. The place had flies going everywhere. 😔 The only redeeming factors were the sizzling gambas and the grilled squid. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend the place.

Very accommodating staff. The set meals are value for money. Food's great. And most of all the ambience is so cozy and relaxing. Enjoyed our family day here.
