Bucky's Counter is located in the mezzanine area of a new building along Aguirre, just in front of Chloe (that has Tous Les Jours) and is almost near Larcy's. The place was well lit, clean and simple. True to it's name - Bucky's Counter - you won't see a single table there with chairs. Rather, they have long counters in every possible wall space with high chairs. Sharing is the name of the game. If the place gets too packed, you have no choice but to share a counter with strangers, and possible new friends. It was so genius of an idea that the space looked so spacious and clutter free. Each counter had good lighting charging ports. Original Bucky for my daughter. She wanted some ice cream to go with it and it was a good thing that they can make your Bucky into a waffle and add in some ice cream. This was served in a clear bowl with lovely waffle grill marks, a scoop of Madagascar Vanilla Ice Cream and some Salted Caramel syrup from Casa San Luis. The ice cream was so good - rich and creamy, you can even see the specks of vanilla bean in it. But of course, only the best from Carmen's Best. Then the salted caramel syrup added the much needed breakaway from all the sweet stuff - a contrast of flavor, some saltiness in a sea of all things sweet. And of course there was the Original Bucky. It was so moist, so rich in chocolate flavor and so sweet! It's a marriage of a flour-less chocolate cake and a brownie. The daughter chomped on it endlessly until she got satiated. Since the size is bigger than a regular slice of a brownie, this dude is good for sharing, especially if you don't like your sweets too sweet. But if you're a sweet tooth monster like me, you'll definitely chomp this down in no time.I got a little adventurous with my choice. I got their Big Poppa. It's their Original Bucky, made from dark chocolate, infused with Bourbon, cut horizontally in the middle, smothered with cream cheese and tiny bits of bacon. To finish it all off, they added some more bacon bits on top. Oh golly this was so good. The bacon added some texture to the soft Bucky and added some saltiness too. Each bite will give you a good bacon chew and will definitely make you want more. Again, this one was really sweet. But goes well with coffee.Speaking of coffee, I got their Flat White Coffee. They served it in a clear glass with some latte art that can use some more practice. Taste wise, it was all I wanted in my coffee that night - strong, bitter but milky at the same time. There was no need to adjust the sweetness level or the milk content. It was perfect - though I haven't really had a flat white before so there's nothing to compare it with.

I honestly cannot stress on how much I love this place. i've been driving past this place for weeks and weeks and finally, gave in to curiosity and gave this place a try. it's on the second floor of the building where one may find Outre, and right in front of the building where Tous Les Jours is along Aguirre. the place is tiny! but what incredible use of space it is; there are nothing but counters and high chairs. my friend and I shared the Bucky's Flight which is a board of 3 tasting portions of your choice of Bucky's and warm milk. we tried the original, Vanilla Creme and Big Poppa (which has cream cheese, bourbon and bacon) all of them were delicious, chocolate-y, not too sweet, and very dense and so chewy! divine especially when paired with the warm milk. I felt like a kid again! we also ordered the soft-serve cone (which is now one of my favorite desserts) made with a freshly-made cone, bits of Bucky's, salted caramel and their soft-serve made with carabao's milk. THIS IS SO GOOD, like the soft-serve has crack in it or something! it's also a steal at 100php!

GOT MILK?Yes, they got it here. I ordered one of their specials, the Bucky's Flight. The tasting board has three flavors on it. I chose Big Poppa, Yana Banana and the Super! It comes along with a carafe of warm milk that was not sweet which complements out the strong flavors of desserts. What  I liked the most was the Super that uses gluten free flour which has Chia Seeds on it.  I can also taste the strong flavors of dark chocolate and sweetness of coconut sugar. The chia seeds was perfect with it! the crunchiness of the seed makes it fun to chew on. Next that I liked the most was the Big Poppa, I can really taste the bacon on it which came salty yet bitterly sweet at the same time. Lastly, the Yana Banana which taste just fine. I can really taste the banana flavor on it topped with walnuts! A great combination tho.Overall, It was worth the splurge of money. I was quite disappointed that the softserve cone was not available but the Bucky's flight didn't failed to amuse me. The ambiance was great! perfect for some little talk  or date and could be a place for studying. Will definitely come back!

Excellent coffee, plus they have gluten-free offerings! Their Carabao milk soft serve is to die for, and it's a nice little secret nook we go to

Too pricey for a small portion. But loved the interiors, design and presentation. A brownie probably around 4x4 cost P60-100, so instead I ordered their set which you can choose 3 flavors 1/4 of each size and a warm milk for P160.

I have always been a fan of Bucky's. I first discovered them in Toby's then in Rockwell Baker's Dozen. I've always thought that their bars are too pricey at P80+ per piece. But that changed after my first bite.Probably the best brownieXcake I've ever tasted in my life. Owner and baker Miguel Vargas really knew how to do it...and he excellently did well. Who would've thought that the two delectable treats will even make a more delightful product when mixed? I've tried their Original, Buckies n' Cream, and Grumpy's. The first one will remain as my favorite since the others are too sweet. They're perfect if paired with coffee or if you just want to satisfy your sweet tooth. I can finish the whole bar in one seating but the serving is also quite good for sharing. Bucky's has an unmarred fusion of moist and rigidity - totally heaven-sent!Shoutout to management: please have a bucky's corner somewhere in Makati :)

The staff members are friendly especially to first timers like myself. I loved the brownie with salted caramel and ice cream. The place is lovely. I just hope the aircondition gets better. Nonetheless, it's a good place for dessert!

The place is so nice although it's quite small. The bucky's original brownie is so delicious😍 the combination of warm brownie (waffle style) plus the soft serve plus the Casa San Luis salted caramel plus warm milk is perfect!!💕 wanna go back again soon and try their bucky's & cream

FOOD: This has got to be the best brownie in the whole country! It's crispy thin layer on the outside but very chewy inside is just divine! It's sweetness isn't overpowering as well.AMBIANCE: I ordered for take out but the place is small and cozy, very nice place to hang out and get your sugar fix any time of the day.SERVICE: There was only one staff when I went there but there wasn't a lot of people, probably because it just opened for the day, so the service was great. Ate was also cheerful and had a smiling face. :)

This place is for brownie lovers, tried the Original which had a slightly deep cocoa flavor and a hit of saltiness into it, and the RIP which I found irresistably sweet (if you are into sweets this is recommended) I wanted to try their milk though but was too full that time. Maybe on my next visit:)
