This was put up by a Greek couple who moved to PH. It does have the flavor not found even in other popular Mediterranean restaurants. When in the south, this is certainly a must visit. The souvlaki goes very well with their very own yogurt dip. Beer was served very cold but very pricey at Php70.00. Kitchen ventilation is not very good so the main door needs to be opened when they are cooking. They opened a bigger one which I have yet to visit.

This lamb kebab souvlaki for P180 is flavorful and filling! *points to the kebab i'm holding* it is so worth your money that you would want to order one of each of the kebabs. We also got a baclava to share. It was swimming in oil, i was thinking something more light and fluffier given several layers of fillo pastry. The loukadades (was it?) was outta stock that would have been a much more interesting dessert. This is their smaller branch and can seat about a dozen crammed inside. We took the bar, since we weren't going to eat much. The rain poured but we needed to leave. If we intend to get more, we'll have to try the other branch in el grande. Hmmm, options, options.

I ordered a chicken breast souvlaki & hummus. Food was good! Especially for it's price. The pita bread was warm and fresh. At first glance, we thought the souvlaki was a little small but it actually made us full as the pita is filling. The interior is cute too. Although, a number of the items (soups & salads specifically) weren't available in Blé, only Blé+.

Rewriting my review from 4 months ago because I've tried both of their branches. This 4.0 rating is for the first and smaller branch because they can serve much much faster than the bigger and newer branch. This is easily a go-to place for me. I love mediterranean food and if you do to, then try Blé out. Their hummus is great, their souvlakis are just...wow, and their pitas are so soft. Even takeout, the food is so good! The establishment is incredibly small, however. The three tables in the photos below are all of their tables inside. There's only one table outside. When they cook, you better tell them to turn on the fan because the smoke doesn't have space to go around.

Ordered feta cheese with pitta bread because why not haha! It was awesome but I ordered extra bread cause there was so much cheese.Order their chicken, lamb and beef souvlaki. All tasted nice and it was really big. Filled to the brim with veggies and meat. Meatbwas perfectly cooked.Place is a bit cramped but i love the feel of the place with the greek music and the room is really really blue. Would def. Come back for more.

Try dining here if you want a break for your regular filipino, chinese, japanese or american dishes. Food is great! Yummy Lamb and Wagyu Beef kebab! Priced reasonably too! Will definitely go back there to try out the other items in the menu. Please bring cash... =)

We decided to check out the restaurants in Aguirre St. since we were already in the area. One of the restaurants with the highest reviews were Blé and it definitely did not disappoint us! Their Aguirre branch only seats 7 people inside and is very masikip so we were lucky that the place was empty when we came. The servers are nice and friendly, they even pointed us to the nearest bank in the area because they only accept cash payments. Their souvlakis are a must try and I especially enjoyed the falafel one. Hopefully they open another branch in the north area so I can visit more often. Until then, I'll have to think of different excuses to go to Parañaque and eat here!

Can I just say - this place deserves a definite 5.We tried this out and it was nearly closing time. With that, I would like to commend the waiter who attended to us nonetheless. The one we got to visit was the one beside Balai Ilocos. The place was SO SMALL - I wonder how many people would fit in there. But good enough, they have another branch! (But I'm sorry coz I can barely remember where that one is - but you could ask them haha).Anyway, even if the place was small, it was the good type of small. It felt cozy and though you may consider it a bit cramped because the space was again - small - I would rather call it intimate. :)I like that the air conditioning was good - in fact I felt chilly that time (or baka kasi ber month nun HAHA) and that the place felt homey. They had blue and white plaid tablecloths and then painted wooden tables. It always interests me when it's already late at night and the waiter can still be so nice and pleasant to serve you. Since it was just Anton and I in the restaurant, he was nice enough to entertain all our questions. He told us that the owners were super nice and if we wanted to meet them, we should visit the other branch. He actually told us how the place began but let's not get into detail with that anymore. The food - OH THE FOOD - took me to Greece. Hahahaha jk but it was REALLY GOOD - we got a hummus and a falafel I think - eitherway - I can't remember a negative memory with regards to this experience at Ble. The food served was perfectly warm, did not have any foul aftertastes, the water was cold, and the service was pleasant and to be remembered. :)Just writing this down makes me want to go Ble tomorrow hahahaha. Hopefully the soonest possible!! :)
