There's so much hype with this resto finally opening in the south. Maybe that's the reason why I'm a bit disappointed. But don't get me wrong, it was still a good dining experience. Price: It's really affordable. We ordered the Beef Chelo Kebab which is good for 2 and the servings were hefty. The beef kebab was maybe 9 inches long and 2-3 inches thicks. The rice was hefty but the quality wasn't the one I liked (I like sticky type of rice not "buhaghag"). The pita bread was only P10! And the beef with eggplant and humus was only in a small plate but it was a hefty serving too. Taste: The beef itself was good. Even without any sauce. Ambiance: The resto was a bit intimidating in the front but it was cozy and humble inside. Staff: They were friendly and patient especially when we had a hard time choosing what we wanted. The only thing that disappointed me, which really affected the whole experience, was the sauces that they had. The sauces were really watery and didn't have any taste. If you compare it with Mr. Kebab's and Uncle Moe's, Behrouz's sauce were really disappointing. The sauce is what completes the experience especially with this kind of food.

It was 12:30 in the afternoon when my friends and I were in a car. We came to stop at Behrouz here in their Paranaque branch, since we saw it was Persian cuisine, unlike the other restaurants that seem to be common like Korean or Japanese. The facade looks fine enough, and the ambiance inside was fine as well. When we got inside, there was only one occupied table. Their customers were only us and the other two at the other table.I ordered the shawarma small, my other friend ordered the large shawarma, and my two other friends ordered the shawarma rice, with basmati as their option. It only took a couple of minutes when the food finally arrived. It was steaming hot when it was served and that's a good thing! The serving sizes were hefty, making the price we paid for worth it! However, it wasn't that super delicious, but it wasn't bad either; it wasn't anything special. Anyway, I'd give it a solid 3! The food was fine, the place was clean, and the staff allowed us to film for a short taste test video! :)

This is my favorite Behrouz branch by far. Their portion sizes are more generous than other branches and their dishes are always consistent. They provide quick service, clean dining area, and affordable. We usually get the Shawarma Rice, Mixed Chelo Kebab that is definitely good for 2. We live coming back to this place.

Shawarma was terrible: sandwich was crumbling and soggy (meat didn’t even seem grilled). Sauces were watery af. Reviews here were on point; doubt i’ll be coming back.

It was a let down 🙄 Well, except for the beef with Humus plus Pita Bread! That was really good. But the shawarma rice was sad, the presentation was sad, the place is sad, even the crew members were sad! However, the Basmati Rice was interesting. It had long grains!!!! Awkwardly entertaining really.
