Their roasted chicken and lechon kawali is just bomb! The taste is so simple but the flavor just bursts in your mouth. It's so juicy and you wouldn't even need the sauce anymore. You won't get tired eating their roasted chicken.

You can never go wrong with Baliwag. If youre looking for something safe to take out and serve to your hungry guests. Their smoky marinade is probably the best among their other competitors. Served best with their signature gravy baliwag lechon manok is a true pinoy classic.

I must admit, Baliwag is the quickest decision when trying to figure out a place to dine out.Kare-kare paired off with the crisy hito (and buro) sided with lechon kawali is just ... REALLY GOOD!Of course, you gotta start it all off with crispy bulaklak.Ambience is typical of a restaurant. Although, I wish they would stop showing ABS CBN shows all the time.  Not all diners appreciate that.Staff are friendly, accommodating & helpful.

Wanted to eat rice and lutong bahay so it was the obvious choice (and the nearest one to us), affordable, simple. Ordered sinigang na sugpo, pork sisig and crispy hito with buro. The highlight of our meal though was the chicharong bituka ng baboy that we saw as we entered the resto. We ordered 50g to try it out and ended up ordering another 50g. It was perfectly salted, still warm and crunchy and went well with their suka. Yummers! Make sure to order 100g since it ends up cheaper. Service was good, servers were polite and attentive.

Ideal for small and large groups. Very reliable lechon manok, butter chicken and liempo! Either improve the existing vegetable dishes or provide more variety. Continue providing enough beverages such as San Miguel Light Apple, etc. Thanks for the large TV inside the function room/s. Parking is an issue especially for busy days and nights; this branch’s parking capacity is limited by its location in BF Aguirre Road.

If you want lutong bahay, Baliwag will serve you decent, affordable food. My husbad's favorite is their beef caldereta and mine is their dinuguan.

Its a fun place to have a simple meal (with drinks) with your barkada or family as portions are good for sharing. It was a late night family dinner (open till 3am on weekends) and I would say, it did not disappoint.We started off with chicharon bulaklak and bottles of beer. Service was quite slow at this point since food is prepared made to order. Entrees started coming right in, starting with the Kinilaw (just the right amount of acidity and the fish was soft), Baliwag Chicken (juicy and tasty as it should be off the grill), Pork sisig (crunchiness was satisfactory, lots of onion and mayo), Bulalo (beef was a bit tough though) and Vegetable Kare-Kare which was also good.All was paired with garlic rice.Price point, given the size and taste of servings, was actually quite good. Staff was attentive, the vibe is very casual.

Their food and service is incredible! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a photo of what we ate but we had: Liempo Bulalo Ensaladang Mangga Barbecue If you're craving for "lutong bahay" but delicious, this is your go-to place :)

It’s my first time seeing a Baliwag restaurant. I’m used to the usual Baliwag chicken stall. But the popular grilled chicken franchise definitely has something else to offer apart from their usual to-go menu. The pork dishes (lechon paksiw and liempo) were cooked deliciously.
