bat walang negative 10 sa Rating?service is very bad... bastos ang mga crew... lagi ding nakasimangot... at patay malisya kung tatawagin... mga hindi namamansin walang common sense.. kami ang naunang umorder mas nauna pang nagserved sa kabilang table... it took almost 20-30 minutes bago maiserve dun sa kabilang table.. na mas nauna kming dumating.. tapos nung tatanungin ko mas nauna daw ung kabilang table.. walang common sense mga staff nila specialy ung babae sa counter nun... bulag ata sya hindi nya ata nakita na kami ang UNANG DUMATING... tapos sya pa matapang nung tinanung ko... pinaglaban pa nya na ung kabilang table unang dumating.. e kitang kita namin nung kasama ko na dumating ung kabilang table... kc nga mas nauna kmi... hindi nmn ako ganun kaliit na tao para hindi mapansin...sa management and owner ng franchise goodluck sa sa business nyo, crew nyo mismo magpapalugi sa inyo...February 14, 2016 nangyari to...

Lousy food on the overall. Tasteless batchoy. Fastfood-type chains like Mang Inasal will beat the lights out of this franchise for their inasal offerings. If for any consolation at all, service was alright and food looked cleanly-prepared.

Review for Santana Grove, Sucat branch: We wanted a nice Friday dinner of Batchoy and Chicken Inasal. Place was a bit dark (apparently they did not open the lights completely, halfway through our dinner they opened all the lights). Service was quick and friendly.We ordered a bowl of Batchoy Special and three Chicken Inasal value meals (including a glass of Lemonade). First served was the Batchoy. It came in a huge bowl. Dad started to eat his share and to his surprise he was having a hard time chewing on the noodles. The tough piece of noodle turned out to be a rubber band. We kept our cool and showed the rubber band to the nice staff. We did not go the hysterical customer routine and asked them politely what they would do about it. After a few minutes a member of the kitchen staff apologized and asked if we wanted a replacement. We declined. The restaurant manager approached our table next and apologized and explained how it happened. Our worry is that the soup base where the rubber band came from might be contaminated with it. They should be very careful with cleanliness and hygiene. It was such a huge disappointment because i wanted to prove the low ratings this restaurant otherwise. But this experience just confirmed the low ratings.The service may have improved but sanitation must also be a paramount concern. Senior cards honored. No official reciept issued. Oh, the Chicken Inasal was juicy and plump. Not overcooked and was quite tasty. The Batchoy though...
