March 9 2016The place is kinda small but its a cozy one. So if you're looking for Filipino food this is the right place. The price is a little bit expensive but I think it's still okay since they have a big serving. We ordered sinigang na hipon and chopsuy. The taste is good. And the service which I may say that the staff are really kind. Went back on 5th April. Ordered pinakbet and sizzling sisig. And again service is awesome!

Serves really good Filipino cuisine. A bit pricey for something we can whip up at home, though; but will definitely satisfy your pinoy food cravings. Food was served 30mins after we arrived. Bill was provided 15mins after I asked for it. Needs improvement there.

We chose to eat in Apu during our stay in Hyatt (seperate review) and we are not that hungry anymore (nalipasan na kasi). That's my justification for ordering only 2 viands. Apu is a Filipino cuisine, Pampanga Style. The menu is on an Ipad!! . They have a complimentary food which is Pandesal with 3 spreads (liverspread, yam, and butter) to choose from.

Seafood kare kare and sisig ... all the food here are soooo sarap and price is okay for me because the serving size is big enough for 3 to 4

Apu serves traditional Filipino food in a posh and high end setting. The food pricing was a high but the servings were not small and the food quality and service is high. We ordered the fried chicken (for the kids), sinigang na baboy and sisig. All the food tasted good and used good quality ingredients as far as I can tell. The pricing is probably because of how they want the area to be high end and all the restaurants beside Apu were also pricey. More on my blog soon.

excellent! quite pricey and only little lighting but it is all worth it! ang sarap ng drilled tuna nila as shown here plus the kaldereta at native chicken? ai naku mapapa uhmm ka sa sarap. it was my first time dining there and my first time in city of dreams! but it really suits celebrations i mean if you are celebrating something go to apu which means grandmother in kapampangan.

I commend their store ambiance as it really gives off an authentic filipino dining experience. However, since they are located inside a casino/hotel, they really have a pricey set of dishes. The taste of their food was okay (and it my opinion, their food had a typical filipino taste and nothing seems special about it). Their service time was also a bit slow (even giving us back our change also took a lot of time).

APU is a pricey Filipino restaurant in City of Dreams. Food quality is good and the Beef Kaldereta we had here was very tasty with good quality meatPinakbet, however, seemed lacking in flavor although the veggies were very fresh and crunchy. Our beverages, Lemon Mango Ginger (LMG) and Sago at Gulaman, were quite refreshing.

Celebrated by birthday dinner here. For Filipino food, this restaurant is a bit pricey. Their crispy pata version is not something that would surprise you of any sort, it’s a normal crispy pata. The pinakbet was not impressive at all as the vegetable are too hard to chew on. The only things I liked about this restaurant is their modern way of placing an order as well as their interior. Good to try but not that good to come back.

Apu is a Filipino restaurant in City of Dreams. I went there a couple of days ago, and here are my feedback:1. Food is good! I love their sisig. It’s Kapampangan style.2. Ambiance is very cozy and relaxing.3. They have plugs in certain areas, but they only use the wifi of COD.4. Service can still be improved. The servers can still improve on responding profesionally to their guests, serving of beverages was unorganized. They would still ask the guests who ordered the specific drink. Because Russian service is being done here, I believe they can still be more accurate in serving food to our plates for it landed to my phone and camera. They do not know where on my plate they should place the food.Today, I just feel like they really need to work on their service. It gives a huge difference to the dining experience of their guests. I hope they improve on this.
