Food was average - location is excellent and is beachfront. If you get the right day you can catch the live music from the bar next door which makes for a very nice evening.

We got a table out the front and it is a great spot to take in all the activity on the beach and along the beachfront cafes and bars. We ordered a chicken roll and a ham baguette and they were really good. The beerwas cold. We waited for a long time to get served and maybe 40 minutes for meals to arrive. When it came to getting the bill, we asked for it and waited 15 minutes, then had to go to the back of house and ask for it again (there were 6-7 staff standing around chatting). It wasn’t like they were busy and were getting to it, they didn’t have any new tables to serve, so they seemed to be staying out back and taking a break and had forgotten about getting our bill! Overall it is a good place to eat but be aware of the wait times!

Went there for lunch yesterday and ordered a 'Boss' baguette and a Pad Thai. Whilst the meat and salad in the baguette were ok the bread itself was a min of 2 days old and like trying to chew a car tyre. The pad thaicame covered in a vinegary tasting gravy that was bloody awful. Having travelled extensively in Thailand and eaten many pad thais I feel I know what they should taste like and this was nothing close. When we complained to the waitress she smiled said sorry and offered no replacement or discount. Such a shame that the food and service is so bad but as they dont rely on repeat business they dont give a damn. +

Ive eaten pad thai at 3 different restaurants on Bohol and they've been great...this was absolutely vile. Nothing authentic about it. It was as a previous post said, covered in a vile 'gravy' which I think was just pure oyster sauce. Way too salty toeat and the noodles were tough and under cooked. What a waste of money. Staff not friendly either

I don’t know why this place shows as closed or how it managed a lowly 3.5 rating but the Thai food I ordered there was only second to what I’ve had in Thailand! The mango shake wasn’t half bad either! Has a decent view, economicaland a stone’s throw away from Henann where we are staying! Definitely coming back here!!

Unbelievable that our nice meal ended with terrible service by not honoring the PWD card of my sister while the rest of the establishments (restos, resort, entrance fees} in Panglao and other places in Bohol that we went to gladly honored the PWD. Hayaya's policyon PWD card is quite terrible. They claim they have a "database" of PWD members (which I find it odd considering this data should be kept private by the relevant agency in the Philippines) to cross check the ID number. They rejected it because it was not in their database. Only to find out that they mistakenly referred to the issue number rather than the ID number which was also shown in the card itself. We did not pursue the matter anymore but we have reported the incident to National Council on Disability Affairs and DTI as well. The staff merely justified it as "only following the owner's instruction". Amazing that the owner has access to a national database for cross checking. What entitlement! I do not recommend this restaurant located at Alona Boach. It's the only restaurant operating that time for seafood so we settled eat there, not knowing they have this ridiculous policy for PWD.

The food is not good, waste of money. They have swapping techniques when it comes to crab, I ordered for 0.750 grams of crab and cost of 300 pesos per gram. When the crab was cooked the crab became small and to light to lift.Never again so guys be careful

We wanted an outdoor dining experience and thought of trying this place along the Alona beach. The food was not so good for its price and it took awhile for our orders to arrive. Nearly as expensive as hotel price but not as good. More2.5 than 3.

My preferred area for eating would've been the restaurants at the beach and this one didn't disappoint. During my 10 night stay we dined here 3 times. If you like fish come straight here. It has two floors. The upstairs section (at the front) givesyou a nice view of what's going on at the beach. Friendly staff too.
