it had been our 1st meal in Ilocos so we were excited to taste Bagnet, poqui poqui and pinakbet. We weren't disappointed since it was a satisfying lunch for my children and grand kids. The staff were really very friendly, the area was very relaxing.

Thought we were already from the Philippines.lol A little far but its all worthwhile. Ordered seafood platter, and waited for like 45mins. The meals was ok. Their longganisa tastes good. I would recommend the management must do something to reduce the flies that swarmsthe food. We loved the thought of personal messages written on paperbills of diff. currencies posted round the restaurant.

Loved the poqui poqui, bagnet and longganisa! Usually do not miss these three when you are since it is Ilocos Region's specialty. Service is definitely polite and prompt; we never really had to hold back for anything during our stay. If you are getting set breakfasts it is possible to optfor brewed coffee for yet another Php 10 -- don't expect much. Would rate them excellent should they had any liquor/cocktails, nevertheless, you can simply traipse to the nearby Kapuluan Vista Resort for that.

I must say that La Cocina de Consuelo is among my favorite eateries in Pagudpud, given that they serve delicious foods, and in addition unique Ilocano foods, among the must tries may be the Dinengdeng (mixed vegetables cooked in fish sauce broth withfried fish), Pinakbet with Bagnet, Poqui-Poqui (grilled eggplant sauteed with garlic, onion, tomatoes, and scrambled eggs).

We ate as of this restaurant on a Saturday and had to hold back for an hour for the lunch. It had been nice when it arrived and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant with a view of the bay. Staff were attentive and pleasant. It wasn'tthe best food we've eaten in your community but acceptable.

Casa consuelo is really a very romantic place for couple and famile front of beach with infinity pool nice and cozy room great food and lovely view by the the island just like the weather so hot and breezi.😀😀😀😀

We'd our 2nd loved-one's birthday dinner here last May 2016. And I have to say that the meals this is actually the best! Specially the service, their employees have become friendly and accommodating. The resort is in fact not as big because the other resort in Pagudpudbut it's very relaxing and quiet. I actually regret why I choose other resort rather than Casa Consuelo for the 3 days and 2 night stay static in Pagudpud.

We ordered the seafood platter serving 2-4 persons in accordance with menu. We left the restaurant still hungry, the platter may have satisfied just my appetite. And 1400 pesos in the Philippines for such small stuff (1 microlobster 150 grams maximum, 6 shrimps, 2 small crabswith nothing inside it, 1 small squid and a slice of tuna) in a spot not on the list of expensive ones are actually too much. Pity as the food was well cooked. We booked the dinner beforehand also it was ready quickly.

Because of this ´small/medium sized´ resort, I must admit, that the meals offering is pretty extended, and incredibly tasteful. My compliments!

We have been warned, Pagudpud can be an expensive spot to eat. Unhappy with affordability with a "restaurant" located at a far more popular resort the prior night, we made a decision to give La Cocina de Casa Consuelo a go for lunch - it did notdisappoint! Ordered the seafood platter amongst others and most of us like the kids were happy! The appearance and feel of the restaurant can be appealing and ideal for the beachside chill vibe, no loud music just sound of the waves crashing contrary to the shore. We particularly liked the displays of forex probably distributed by guests as souvenir many thanks notes. Staff were very attentive and accomodating, and gladly showed us the available rooms (the restaurant is section of Casa Consuelo) La Cocina continues to be expensive in the event that you compare it with Manila standards but provides most likely the cost effective in overpriced Pagudpud.
