This restaurant is situated at Padre Castle Resort. We chosen the half board choice and had some brilliant foods. Delia the Chef/Proprietor cooks up some fantastic dishes. Program by the staff has been also fantastic. Nothing at all was an excessive amount of trouble for them. It is possible to optto dine indoors or dine outside round the pool region. The ambiance can be wonderful with candlelit tables in the evenings. We chosen half board in 2 of our 3 nights and the culinary meals provided were excellent. Foods without cheap were excellent. On the initial night we allow Delia surprise us with each course and we weren't disappointed. Be sure you attempt the Kiliwan-delicious. Actually all meals we attempted was delicious without complaints at all.

Delia, the 'better fifty percent' of the owning Warren few, really knows how exactly to cook. The meal that people enjoyed here was tasty and properly cooked. The prawns had been juicy and for that reason mouth watering, as the accompaying vegetables had been crisp and filling. Service was perfectly:not too intrusive but never too much away. A 5 star experience at a three star price for a Westerner.

There are some items about the menu but Delia Warren does develop just about anything from her kitchen. She offers Filipino meals with her very own personal spin onto it; thus, we'd beef caldereta with pineapples, stir-fried squid with lovely chili sauce anda actually refreshing fish tinola prepared the Boholano way. The laundry could be very costly in comparison to other restaurants however they were always ready impeccably and incredibly delicious.
