I must admit that when I actually came in here, We was presented with free food as well as my team because we were shooting their resto for the travel guide book. Therefore, whether you say I'm biased or not really, I have to let you know thatfood and service right here was excellent, almost excellent. But what I must say i wanted you to attempt is their Pasta Ala Goma, the owner's version of a straightforward pasta to honor the brand new town mayor of Ormoc. It had been so plain it is possible to appreciate what a great pasta was about. The Lamb Caldereta also was a must-have, must-try, though it became more attuned to the Filipino taste- sweet and soury, as a caldereta ought to be. I've been searching for some Australian Beef in PI and lastly found some nowadays at Big Roys. Without a doubt how surprised I had been when it arrived on a sizzling dish prepared to perfection. Brought the household along for lunch. Great food and menus was substantial. We were a large group though, staff obviously had trouble with the pace. May be good to help keep on updating the menus and innovate on foods so people will constantly havesomething new to head to. Locals state this place has been left out by the newcomers and that appears to be the situation. We vote this gem could be kept alive
