This was my first-time to type in this establishment, even my pal. Kapenaga serve foods and drinks. Myfriend purchased an Iced Kape Mocha. Because I'm acidic and I cannot beverage coffee, I ordered one glass of Cookies and Lotion Frappe. Really, we enjoyed the ambiance. Apart from it really is overlooking the Bicol River, the area is filled with nearby memorabilia such as photos of the city’s heritage websites and other local areas in the walls and ceiling.
