NEVER GO HERE. The service is incredibly bad. The table cloth was wet when we got here, no one was paying attention to us, and it took 45minutes for us to get our food. Price was steep and taste was so-so. Better off going to to some other place, save your time and money.

Food is actually better than expected . The rib eye steak and lengua are both tender and well-seasoned. Above all, 5 star rating is due to spectacular service! Food serving might took a while so they served ham tapas for appetizer. We even got free churros for dessert :)

Must try the Salpicao! However, their Kesong Puti and Tomato salad tasted ordinary and the serving was quite small. Ambiance wise, the restaurant felt very relaxing.

Went to Un Cuenca out of curiosity, and this Filipino-Spanish restaurant took me by surprise. Had the chance to order their Pugod Lechon, Bleu Cheese and Orange Jam Croquettes, Gambas, and some other dishes that had some complicated names. Each dish took me on a culinary roller coaster of goodness blending Filipino and Spanish inspired tastes together without contrasting each other. Service and ambience of the restaurant was excellent as well, and they really were able to respond quickly. Un Cuenca allowed me to love a Filipino-Spanish fusion, and made want to come back for more.

Tried their pinchos--mushroom, bangus belly and chorizo. I liked the mushroom amongvthe three. The gambas were served with salad greens. Prawns were perfectly done. The pugon belly tasted superb with every bite. I didnt like the chocolate dip for churros. It was too bitter.

This is my first time to give a rating like this, first of all this place isn't worth your money. Bad service due to they only have a very few staff, they have beautiful plates but they only use them as a display and instead replace them with simple ones to be used. The food comes in small servings and the taste was fine, no wow factor. I do not recommend this restaurant but if you like to try it why not, prove me wrong if this place deserves a higher rating.

Certified wallet burner. The dishes that stood out were the Pugon Lechon, Sisig Lechon, Gambas and the Adobo Rice with Mushroom. The server said the dishes are good for 2, they're actually good for 3-5 especially for those who are on a tight lunch budget. As always, you're good with water! Beware of that chicken dish with the chocolate dip. Yes, chocolate. Must be Nutella. Still, avoid it.Overall, this is a place that you do not visit often. Maybe once a year unless you got nowhere else to spend that hard earned dough. I'd come back for the Pugon Lechon, though.

Complimentary popcorn was served. It's my first time to visit this establishment in Molito and looked forward to sampling the dishes they offer.Orders: potato and chorizo croquettes with saffron aioli dip, arroz valenciana, lechon carbonara pasta, pugon lechon and callos. For drinks, my mom, my brother and I ordered dalandan juice.Verdict: The croquettes are a must-have! The saffron aioli dip complements it well. The dalandan juice is sweet but not to the point of getting "umay". The callos were also delectable and reminds me of my uncle's version. The arroz valenciana is a treat you must pair with your main course. I, for one, believe every meal isn't complete without pasta or rice.Pugon lechon is juicy and tender. It comes with atchara and homemade liver sauce. The lechon carbonara may sound unappetizing but the moment I had a bite of it, it will make you want more. My mom says the churros were okay.Overall, the place has a relaxing ambience and the location is near ATC which makes shopping and dining a breeze. Next visit, I want to try the molo soup with poached egg and squid ink rice.

Very disappointed. Tried to call their number multiple times, no one answered. Tried to walk-in, we were informed that we need to finish our meal within 30 mins.
