Since I was craving for bing su we went all the way here from laguna. Thank God for website I found you 💕. We tried mango bing su and pat bing su and liked both. Perfect for this sunny weather. Also, the place is nice and clean. I will def come back 😀

The Bingsu (Cafe Seohlwa, former name on website) is one of the few Korean food-stops I knew around Alabang. My friends and I happened to stop by after I saw this on one of my recommendations in the website App. It has garnered good reviews and we are impressed. The Bingsu has a really nice interior, it left me in awe. I was rather ecstatic to try their Bingsus.  I tried their Mango-Cheese Bingsu (280php), (one of their best sellers) while my two other friends tried the melon bingsu (240php) and the choco bingsu (210php). With a price rate around 200-300 for a single serving, the bingsu is rather big to be eaten alone ( I suggest you share this with someone if you like). And it never failed me. The ice is made of milk, like fine snow. There is a bountiful of mangoes, cheesecake pieces, nuts and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream were not only on the top, once you scoop the ice a little further on the bottom, a whole festival of sweet mango chunks awaits you. As for the melon bingsu, there are like big scoops of honeydew that really goes well with the  crushed ice. The choco-bingsu on the other hand is a timeless treat, it is too good to be true.   My review seems like it sent me to heaven and back but why not a rate of 5? Well here is the downer- the staff. When we entered, they are happily chattering by the counter. I took that as a factor for a warm atmosphere, but as we observed, they seem to ostracize us, since we are the only Filipino customers that time. They never greeted us, their continued chattering turned into a disturbance. I guess they do not know we are off to give our reviews, but they do not mind us at all. I found it rude. Even in places like these there are still some discrimination. I tell you this, a customer is a customer. I hope that would improve.   But worry not, if it is the food, this place would not disappoint you.

I like their mango cheese bing su.   Well balanced in flavor and the ripe mango goes really well with the cheese.   It's nice that they offer bing su in small take away cup portions.   It's easier to try out different flavors before committing to a bigger serving size.    Staff was friendly and helpful in recommending flavors to try.    Will definitely come back for more of their yummy offerings.

Two years ago, before all this Bingsu sightings we see today, I boldly predicted then it would appear everywhere. I actually feel it will still progress more, despite its slow pace of expansion. Seol Hwa made it an emerging product. Ho Bing with its almost 10 branches, created the much needed boost. This relatively new Bingsu place, aptly called The Bingsu, could just be the peg to follow if we want this product to be permanent in our local scene. I was blown away on my first spoonful of their bingsu all the way till the last one I could take. I was literally forcing myself to have more despite an already full stomach. It was that good! It’s the super fine ice, right amount of creamy milk and fine ingredients, placed on a heavy metal bowl to keep its cool as long as possible. I loved the Coffee Jelly’s bold yet sweet coffee kick concoction with soft jelly caffeine and a crunch from cereals. I adored the Berry with Cheese for its no shortcut ingredients, as they used the real fruits and dairy. Both of these are Php 300 each, but they turned out to be priceless. Did I made you excited? It made my mouth long for it again. I can’t wait to hunt them down. Care to join me next? Let’s!

If you want to go to a decent place and de-stress or spend quality time with someone. This place is recommended. Place is quiet. We shared for a large mango bingsu. It was delicious but a bit pricey in my opinion.

The Bingsu is just too sweet for my liking. I appreciate what they are serving, but there was no salvaging it with extra milk or ice.The place is very stay-friendly though. They have board games that make for quality time with your friends and family.

Ate here on a Wednesday evening, around 9:30pmPrice: affordable for price and serving Serving: one order is good for twoYum factor: everything to be expected from Korean shaved ice cream. Strawberries were a bit sour thoughAmbiance: well lit, not cramped, nice furniture, seats available outdoors, clean and tidyService: orders arrived a few minutes after we paid for them

I always come back here and order the Mango Cheese Bingsu. I didn't know that the sweetness of the mangoes would go really well with the saltiness of the cheese. I also love their Potato Mandu, these are like the small flower-shaped dumplings covered in translucent potato wraps. They look so cute to eat! Its a good place to chill and hangout with friends.

It's my first time to go here and we ordered Mango Cheese Bing Su for me and Brownie Choco Bing Su for him. According to the cashier, these are some of their best sellers flavors of bing su. I liked the Mango Cheese better than the Brownie Choco though. They both taste good but I'm not really into these kind of desserts (halo-halo, bing su etc.) so I don't think i'll look forward and get excited to come back here again unless there's a catch-up meeting with a friend or I just want to eat desserts like this. As to the place, it is really nice and cozy, the music are good and the personnel are nice and the cashier greets in Korean. Hehe. Overall, 3.5 is high enough but I'll still look for other dessert parlors with much affordable prices and tastes that will make me crave for more.

I never tried Bingsu. I didn't really expect much from it, actually. In my head, I've imagined it as overhyped halo-halo. Boy I was wrong. It was good. Oh god was it good! We had the strawberry and mango Bingsu. The toppings were expected but the shaved milk ice was the bomb!!
