Nice people here. Amiable , conversant and accomodating. Senior citizens here are often served like it was a full service restaurant. Their orders are delivered to their table. A fusion of Asian hospitality and American efficiency and work ethics. Bravo.

Good ambiance, friendly staffs and accessible. I just cannot order anything over ice in my stay because it is too cold here. haha.

Yesterday was the release of the limited Holiday Card with Metal Wrap - i went to Starbucks Festival Mall during my break time and got my card in no time. I asked how many was alloted to their branch and how many was left. As of 9:34am yesterday. They had 12 remaining out of 50 pieces. The nice SB partner even told me that customers coming from QC and Makati trooped to the South because the cards in Makati were sold out as early as 6am! I had no idea that this tiny piece of card would cause such a ruckus - some even complaining in their FB page of racketeering.In the Muntinlupa - Festival Mall branch is just one of two branches with this card. The other branch is Alabang Town Center. Got my free anniversary cookies too with other purchases.

As a law student, I don't find this place conducive for studying. It's not a Starbucks fit for relaxing nor working. It's too crowded and noisy.But if I were judging as any other regular customer, I'd say this Starbucks does okay??? Substantial compliance, I guess.1. They have plenty of tables and seats.2. This branch is big (though you rarely feel it since it's packed most of the time).3. They have great air-conditioning. It's always cold in this branch.4. I've been here a couple of times and I guess it's fair enough for me to say that their employees aren't that friendly. They seem tired and annoyed all the time. They lack the jolliness and perkiness of most Starbucks branches.5. The lighting isn't as great. It's pretty dim here at night.6. Last bad thing: I don't like how they make the drinks. From all the times that I've been here, they never seem to get my drinks right. It's always diluted or bland. There is no in-between. I once even ordered a caramel frappe and they didn't put any caramel. :-----(This branch doesn't pass my standards but it's probs good enough for killing time.

Not a particular fan of this Starbucks branch in Festival Mall. The place is crowded most of the time. You have to be patient or someone who's killing time if you prefer this location especially during weekends where there's a line (imagine during planner season). Tried the Iced Coffee Lemonade, and I guess you have to get used to it because at first it tasted odd to me. I guess a second try wouldn't hurt, might like it the more I drink it.
