It is the go-to resto for Greek foods inside Alabang, after Cyma closed from nearby ATC, Staff have become attentive and wanting to please. Food high quality and portions are usually great and prices are sensible. The over-all experience here's good this is why we have been backthrice in 6 days.

This salad is really a Cyma classic -- candied walnuts, yes! Love the atmosphere, staff is super pleasant. Servings are actually generous! Will be back again to try all of those other menu! Everything will be filling and yum!

It was our first-time at Souv but understanding that it was exactly the same team that gave us Cyma then we knew we were gonna have an excellent dinner. We began with the Cyma Roka Salata (P570 for a big serving)which contains arugula, romaine,sun-dried tomatoes, parmigiano reggiano and vinaigrette dressing. Delicious! We furthermore obtained some hummus for the appetizer. We required another purchase of pita loaf of bread to complete it up. The Kalamarakia (calamari with tzaziki) had been nicely completed- crunchy and flavorful. The All-Chicken Supper Platter (P775) was best for about 3 individuals and was included with garlic yoghurt sauce, pita, potatoes au jus and Greek coleslaw. The males in our team enjoyed the 2-item pork chop (P725) that was 3/4in heavy and juicy. For the pasta, we find the Pastisada (Greek Osso Bucco) which acquired braised beef shank and Greek tomato sauce. Overall, it had been an extremely filling and enjoyable dinner!

AMBIENCE The interior's colors have become Ateneo (a university reference) but this common at other Greek restaurants. We dined right here several times already also it was constantly chill and cozy. It is a hit and skip for us to find the timing correct because atone go to, we have there been around lunchtime and had to hold back in the queue for a long time. Parking had been not too difficult since the restaurant reaches Molito. If no open up parking slots can be found, almost always there is the basement parking. BEVERAGES Cyma Iced Tea is really a home-brew type that has been quite strong, sweet and large. Simultaneously, the Yogurt Shake got tasty yogurt and fruit rind at the top; this was an initial and I cherished it! FOOD They excel in serving excellent and elegant food! Greek Nachos is at the top of my list due to how refreshingly addicting the toppings and gentle pita are. I usually want a lot more! Kalamarakia and Solomos had been fairly good as the Yiouvetsi really was heavy on the tummy. My second fave will be the Meats Platter, a good amount of even more fluffy pita plus some well-cooked meats. Potatoes au jus deserve exactly the same attention because of its texture; really great to chew into. SERVICE There was just one single instance where the person who lined us upward in the queue that busy lunch time day were moody, and that is okay; we are all human. We're able to really view it in her somewhat agitated encounter and we sensed awkward talking to her midway. Positive thing she snapped from it when it has been time to head to our table. I am hoping she could resolve whatever it had been that has been bothering her that point. Regardless of that, everybody else was very type, checked on what our foods was, and were fast on requests.

Try out the lamb paella and the lamb ribs. Simply delicious. Focus on the Roca salata. A big order will be best for 5-6 pax being an appetizer. Portions are usually good for two individuals but can possibly stretch out to three based on your diet choice. Abit pricy but worthwhile. PPP
