We’re a big group and I called to reserve. I was told they only accept reservation for walk-ins. So I went ahead earlier for our 6pm dinner. A girl named Cathy said there is an available table BUT she cannot give it to me yet unless we’re complete. I was not even allowed to wait inside. I patiently waited OUTSIDE and endured the summer heat while waiting for other family members having a hard time to find parking. I begged we are having a graduation celebration and showed her pictures. Still she did not let me in. So finally we had our dinner. The stoves grillers were not working properly. Customers kept complaining of the smoke. Worst part was, the waiter stood behind me forcing us to rate Soban on website. He was even the one who tapped 5 stars on my phone while standing behind me. Of course I did not allow that! He said for us to get free dessert we should rate them first. 2 coffee jelly desserts were served but we did not touch it. Turn off

The food taste great and the serving was enough. The service was great, staff were happy to accomodate our needs. The place is a bit small for the genre of the restaurant but we didn't have an issue on smoke covering the place.

Good food! The BBQ set priced at P1,000 is sulit. Highly recommend this place for friends, families, or if you just decide to pig out. Marvin was our server and he was very helpful

I had a good time here in The Alabang Town Center branch. The staff was very friendly, and the food was very good. It was really worth the wait in line.

Great service by staff. Everyone is very attentive with refilling your food and side dishes. Items served all on time :) meat items are also of good quality.

Very accommodating staff. Good ambiance. Good foods especially their kimchi. Their meats are not unlimited but their serving is enough for the price. Sumptuous food!
