Sigekiya Ramen has been my colleagues and I ramen go to place at least once a month especially this rainy season. Situated inside the CommerCenter Alabang, you will find this Ramen place that offers not just ramen but also rice dishes. We just can't get enough on how good their Ramen and Tsukemen are. They offer different sizes and spicy levels. As a spicy food lover myself, that is a plus for me. They usually give out jelly ace after you eat. If you are a regular, don't forget to ask for a Loyalty Card where you can get a stamp everytime you dine in to redeem a free ramen/tsukemen.

Try their Tsukemen for a change instead of their ramen. I like ramen but it wasnt as good as the other ramen places. Their noodles is a bit thick and it was just the right thickness to dip in a thick and rich gravy for a satisfying Tsukemen. The chicken teriyaki is very good. The gyoza is same as most that you can find out there. As for the price, it’s slightly on the high side but compared to other japanese restaurants, this place is pretty reasonable. The atmosphere was a bit hot inside and the service is just so-so.

First time to try this. Good thing they have a small size that it was the right kind of fullness for me. The broth was soooo yummy! I finished the whole bowl! Haha 😊👍 Good place to visit and have some ramen!

1st time to try it today with my GF and suprisingly, it was really delicuous. We ordered sigekiya ramen, miso ramen with butter and corn, okonomiyaki, and karaage. Their ramen tastes different, not like any other ramen in the area. We both rated their ramen top 3 on our top 10 list. We'll definitely come back for more.

Our happy place in Commercenter. Love everything about it. Sigekiya Ramen at level 10 rocks and uplifts the soul. Also try their gyoza. See ya in Sigekiya!!!

Located inside a Mall that serves the South's affluent recluse (they just value privacy more than most), Sigekiya excellent offers thick broth Ramen the spiciness of which you can customize to the degree of your liking and tolerance (1 - 10). I ordered their flagship bowl, their Sigekiya ramen. I was treated to the rich and artery clogging goodness of the broth. The noodles were a little larger and heavier than what I expected but it worked nonetheless. Beneath the simmering pool was a generous slice of roasted pork which surprisingly retained its smoky flavor despite being soaked. It had that tender melt in your mouth consistency that enhanced the entire dish. Their Okonomiyaki was a pleasant treat, the mushy at the center consistency was a testament to how the ingredients mixed and simulatenously dissolved in your mouth with each spoonful. You can taste the crab, egg and kewpie while it melt and fused into a new texture and flavor. Im definitely going back to try their other bowls.

Redemption! I first tried their signature Sigekiya Ramen but was so disappointed by the saltiness, texture and flavor. I am a big ramen fan (mendokoro, ramen nagi, ippudo) so I went back and tried their MISO ramen instead and boy, it ddnt disappoint this time!!The miso ramen is perfectly salted, nicely flavored and the chasu pork is tender and has smoky taste. I ordered gyoza and it was also one of their best! Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Really complemented the Miso ramen.

Ordered the best selling ramen, tempura and gyoza. Ramen regular is enough. Very rich in taste and heavy in the tummy. Gyoza I think would be better with less oil. Tempura shrimps were cooked well but the sauce lacked taste. Service was good.

We are almost regulars here and the one thing I always come back for is the Tsukemen.Oh what a great thing their Tsukemen is. Comes in various types and sizes. My favorite is their basic tsukemen. So different from the broths I am used to but so damn delicious.Broth also comes still boiling in a clay pot - so the soup stays hot until your last strand of ramen which is served cold - the way it should be!They also give you jello after meals - sort of palate cleanser. The service isn't just that consistent. Sometimes servers are in a good mood, sometimes they seem uncaring. One time my husband unknowingly stood up and blocked the way for the server for about 2 secs, and the lady server audibly 'tsk'-ed.My second choice of ramen/tsukemen here in the South. A must try for all ramen aficionados. Just hope you get servers in a nice mood.
