I love milkteas and Hokkaido with pearls or Panna cotta is my favorite amOng all the milk teas. Of course, green tee latte is also good especially when hot. Pictured here is my current addiction which is the green tea slush. I also like their mango yakultea with half pearl and half crystals. This is a very refreshing drink and slight tangy which is perfect for me. I have been a fan of Serenitea from the time that they opened a store in ATC. I just love their store design which is very hip and fresh. I frequent this branch though as it is nearest my place of work. However if I would choose, I would very much prefer the branch in Evia, Daang Hari..

Nothing special but I visit them whenever I crave for milk tea. I have no special fave because I am not fan of their store. I always ordered royal milk tea with pearl.

I tried this branch in Festival for twice already. I must say this is quite a visit despite being inaccessible (located outside the mall, near in parking lot).The ambiance is ok, but the place is quite small. It can get a little too crowded. The milk tea is ok.

I hate that this small teahouse is outside the mall. I wish they have 2 branch inside the mall. Landmark and water park. I so love serenitea especially their thai tofu. Wintermelon/okinawa/hokkaido is always for me.

As much as I want to give a high score on this branch, I was so utterly disappointed with the drink that I had today.I ordered one of their most expensive milk teas, the Hong Kong milk tea, cuz I had it before in a nearby branch in Alabang and I was sooo delighted with the taste that I had to drink it again. The place was small, but that wasn't a major issue, and they told me to wait for it for like 10 mins and I was like, okay, no problem. I waited outside in the 35C heat without any hesistation 'cuz I know the wait is gonna be worth it.I ordered the exact same thing from the one I had before - HK Milk Tea, 50% sugar, pearls. After waiting, I got the drink, and when I tasted it, sorry, but it was borderline awful. Milk tea was bland, kind of sour and really the mixture didn't really have a good milk-to-tea ratio. Also felt like it lacked milk and sugar actually (the one that I had before was not sweet, and just had the exact sweetness which I was looking for). Moreso, I felt that, even with the sinkers, I was short-changed, because what I had before was approx. double than what I got today.I know you guys were kind of in a hurry that time but please, I beg of you, keep the quality of your drinks consistent. I love Serenitea for Pete's sake. I just hope I won't have to drink a cup of that expensive milk tea again cuz pity I was just forced to finish it as I don't wanna waste my money.EDIT: Came back to the store yesterday and had the same milk tea. Gave them my feedback and now the drink was better. Still disappointed tho because although I asked for less ice, the cup had way more ice than usual it occupied half of the cup. They should be keen on instructions if they're selling a P160 drink tbh.

Enjoyed my Iced Black Tea. Taste so strong. Good thing about Serenitea, they also have pika-pika or finger snacks from street foods like meat balls / squid balls, onion rings, tofu and the likes.Rice meals also available.

The place is very small, it gets crowded when ordering. They put some chairs inside but it’s not that ideal to stay there since you’ll get in the way of those who’re ordering. Best to stay at the tables and chairs provided outside or better yet do takeouts or have your food and drinks delivered instead. Love their drinks and also their food but not the best location to hang out.

Ambience is very unpleasant. Waste bins are on the entrance of the cafe and is within the lounge area. You can smell the garbage while you are eating/drinking tea. The staff who served me was so sleepy he keeps on yawning to almost every customer. (Jan 25, 6:40 pm). Our drink (thai milk tea) took 25 mins to be served. 4 other customers behind us were served first. One customer turned the fan on because of poor ventilation. Not recommended.

Ordered the brown sugar grass jelly with 75% sugar as suggested by the cashier. It tastes great but for 150 pesos I think it’s quite pricey. Also ordered the fried pepper tofu but unfortunately there was no basil available. Tasted good as well anyway and with the right texture inside.The branch is newly renovated, brightly lit and has a minimalist interior.

I love their milk tea and sinkers. It’s just that their place here is quite small, only few people are accommodated due to limited seats. So it’s only good for a to go drink.
