I do not know if it is because of its location, but the crew on this branch know how to speak very well. They even have an Americanized accent. Whenever they call out customer names and they take your order, they sound so intellectual. That's very refreshing. But, on a more serious note, the service was fast, but the drinks were a bit bland compared to other Serenitea branches.

After having a very "nakakaumay" dinner. I just needed something to rid me of the sickeningly sweet after taste that was left in my mouth. I then proceeded to Serenitea to have something a bit sour to counteract the flavors. Had mango yakult with pearls. It was just the thing I needed right after my meal. Every time I visit I just get tempted to buy their snacks. will be back again soon

Quick stop after lunch to pick up some milk tea. This one was located near the cinemas in Alabang Town Center. Tried the Hokkaido milk tea and it was ok.

2.5Love my cold drinks sweet, so I specifically told the crew that I wanted a 100 % sugar, but by the time I reached work, got to sipping it, it was bland. When I got to The pearls, they were over cooked.

Try their new concuction.. the Cookie slush delight... we tried the choco - mint and white chaffé mocha. A bit pricey though @ P180 each. Serenitea also has a brach in Evia in Daang Hari.

Love serenitea the very first teahouse that I tried. I enjoyed all flavors as well as their pint size drink during promos! I also love their snacks. Tofu and chicken chops are my favorite! Healthy and yummy. You can see that the tea is prepared right infront of you so it's fresh and yummy.

The ambiance is refreshing to the eyes. Honestly, if you want to enjoy your usual tea to the next level, you should come here. Hokkaido MT is my personal favorite.

Very friendly staff who work very fast. My fiancé loves this place and I always get her the same order so they know what to do when they see my face. I love their jasmine green tea and taro drinks

I'm typing this as i sip on Serenitea's new Thai Milk Tea. Silky, creamy, with the slightest hint of bitterness. Sweet and delicious. No sinkers. 125% sweetness level. And i thought it only went as high as 100%, haha! Wait was a bit longer than the promised 5-6 minutes. Angel the front staff was really nice though, even with the long line of waiting customers. Very busy food court for a Monday afternoon, oh wait it is a holiday, that explains why. Ok, bye!

Best Hong Kong milk tea I've ever had. Even with the price I'd still buy it my golly. Probably the only thing that they can improve on is the space, cuz it's quite small.
