The food is good. It’s just that when we billed out we ask if we can take out our remaining food since we have 1pc chicken and 2pcs of tenders left. It was a bit disappointing that the server said we cannot take it out as their rules if you are a website user. They don’t allow it. To cut it short the manager said that we are allowed since we ordered 2 foods (which of course this is buy 1 take 1).

Love the quarter roast chicken. What sets it apart from others is their chimichurri as the dipping sauce. Go for the two side dishes as well. I always order their spicy rice and tossed salad. Must try!

Surprisingly.. delicious food and good customer service. You must try their roasted chicken then order cilantro garlic rice and baked mac cheese as sides.

Food is decent. I like the fried chicken best. It was big, hot and really tasty. Perfect fried chicken for me. The roast chicken is a bit on the dry side. Also, I don’t like the breast part. I specifically requested for the thigh/part. It was saved by the chimichurri, still I did not enjoy it. The sides were all okay, except for the coleslaw, which has a hint of bitterness in it. I would come back to this place for the fried chicken, and maybe try the quesadillas too. 👌

*this is for everyone who ALREADY TRIED SENOR POLLO IN POBLA- first of all, BRING YOUR INSECT REPELLENT before going here. Yes, there's tons of mosquitoes around the dinning. Tried to inform the waitress but she's just dedma and doesn't care about it nor apologize for it. The other table was also scratching their legs bec of mosquitoes.-serving is small ( rice, fries, chimichuri, chicken coleslaw) compared to serving in Pobla. Chicken is dry compared to Pobla.-water taste like dishwashing liquid.-service is bad. Manager doesn't give a f*ck at all.-worst branch ever.Went here exactly an hour before they close so maybe that's the reason why they don't care that much anymore and just excited to get home. Understandable? Maybe.I'm too sad expressing this because we always loved Senor Pollo, specially in Pobla. I wish this branch could catch up and maintain the standards.Definitely never going back I'm afraid of getting Dengue.

Loved the ambience here, they would play mexican songs and the staff were attentive and friendly. Their roasted chicken was soft and tender, paired with the cilantro rice it was delicious. We also tried their cheese and garlic quesadilla and my sister and I loved their sauces. Would definitely come back here 💓

Good if you want to satisfy your peri peri chicken craving. Location is a bit far from the main mall and not easily accessible buy food is good enough for the long walk.

Good place to go for that pollo fix. While their roast chicken with the chimichurri sauce is their main attraction, don't pass on their chicken sisig!

The ambiance and the setting is normal compared to other resto but it is bigger compared to Tomas Morato Branch. Despite the looks, the food is awesome. Chicken and the side dishes was incredible. Worth your time and money.👍🏻DOHC_Mark off for now!
