Originating from Hong Kong in 2009, Salad Stop was prioritizes healthy eating with their fresh produce and meat. To my knowledge, it is the only successful salad bar in the Philippines that people actually go to and enjoy eating in. One of their branches is in the ATC Corporate Center along Madrigal St, which opened nearly 2 years ago. In case you miss it, it’s the building with the large “Sykes” logo on it.ENVIRONMENTThe interior design is very modern with its simple hues of brown cushions and tables, white workstation, green chairs and lamps, and gray for the walls. With the inclusion of full glass windows where natural light can pass, the overall vibe is clean, simple, and healthy. There are signs, quotes, and pictures of assorted ingredients throughout the restaurant that contribute to the atmosphere. One reason why it’s so easy to navigate through here is because of visible signs hung in plain view. The kitchen takes around 1/3rd of the space, with the remaining 2/3rds dedicated to the dining area. The space is maximized and seems much bigger than it is.SERVICE & CLEANLINESSThere are two entrances: one facing the ATC Corporate Center and the other facing outside. If you enter through the former, you can immediately find yourself at the start of the line where your order will be taken by their friendly staff. You can also take a look at the assorted flavors in front of you to get your appetite going. At the end is the cashier, who -after paying – gives you a vibrating pager (yes, that’s what they’re called) that alerts you when your order is ready.Depending on the number of people present at any given time, an order can take less than 5 minutes to as much as 10 minutes. Totally understandable, as they make the salad from scratch. Despite the number of customers, the staff are admirable in their efficiency of service. If you pass the other entrance, you’ll need to make your way past the dining area to get to the start of the line. This is relatively easy because of the visible signs posted around. From my experience going here numerous times, the staff are very, very friendly from the start of your order until the end.An amazing customer service quality they have is giving you the option of a menu salad or your own creation based on the available ingredients. Even if you order from the menu, you have the liberty of changing several ingredients at no extra cost (if only changing vegetables or fruit). If you want to add or exchange to meat, that’s an extra Php 50, though.Oh, I almost forgot: the place is really clean. Kudos to the management!FOODThey have 3 classifications for orders: The Signatures, The Classics, and The (new) Warm Grain Bowls. The Signatures and Classics can be served either as a salad or wrap. The wraps are Php 10 cheaper than the salads. Each salad has the kcal content listed right next to it on the menu too, so you can count calories if that’s your thing. You can also get some healthy yoghurt and other healthy snacks as you approach the cashier.I’ve tasted the Cobb, Greek, Hail Caesar, Cheaper Than A Facial, and Go Geisha. While all are generally vibrant and fresh, in terms of flavor it’s really up to the customer. I have friends who eventually stuck with Oh Crab Lah! or Tuna San after trying all the other flavors. There’s such a variety to choose from that when you find your particular flavor, masarap siyang balik-balikan.My favorite has been the Hail Caesar with fresh mango and grapes instead of croutons and bacon. It has a sweet, sour, and creamy combination that livens up my taste buds. Plus, it’s the most inexpensive at Php 250.OVERALLWhat I like about SaladStop! is that it gives customers a wide variety of healthy options with zero sacrifice to quality. Regardless of what you pick it’s healthy, tasty, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a healthy, guilt-free place to eat in this Holy Week, go here. Like me, you’ll come back again and again.

My breakfast after a workout! You can create your own salad combination but I order JAI HO (salad) or the IRON "WO" MAN (salad) depending on my mood. I can't order anything else cause its either with seafood or its spicy haha the two things I can't tolerate. I don't want to think after my workout so I just order the ones on the menu. Makes me feel good and happy eating their salad. The staff is very attentive on how you want your salad to be, more dressing or less nuts. Stuff like that. The cool thing about Salad Stop is they mix everything for you, they also recommend you alternatives if they run out of the specific ingredient in that salad. Servings are big and will make you last half a day before you want to eat again. After a salad, I get Mango Chia pudding / Banana-Strawberry Muesli / Greek Yogurt then a smoothie. I've tried ALL their smoothies and they all taste good heheI'll never get tired of salad stop

Would’ve rated this as 5-stars but was disappointed at the end of our visit. Love that they let me choose anything from the bar to replace the onions I wanted taken out of my cobb salad (I chose extra egg). Love the Mushroom soup, though hubby found it bland so he had to add pepper, I’m happy that they either don’t put salt or just minimal and compensate with herbs to give it taste. Love that they serve huge portions. But then when we were about to leave and I still have half of my wrap left uneaten, we asked for a paper bag to carry the leftover food. They won’t give us the one with handles since they say that it’s for takeout of 2 wraps. We ate a total of 2 wraps and had 2 soups, isn’t that enough incentive for them to at least be gracious with our request. The cashier was very adamant that they won’t give me the ones with handle so I had to ask if they could sell me one instead since I have to go back to the office and my hands were already full. Eventually she gave me a bag without charging me but in an irritated manner. Talk about ruining a perfectly nice dining experience. Would’ve rated 3-stars if not for the huge portions and good service from the salad builders.Oh and just to note, Rockwell branch always give us the handled paper bag for each of our wraps whenever we request it!Update: when I asked for no red onion on my oh crab lah wrap they let us choose but didn’t allow avocado so we asked for corn instead.

I went here for the first time and got their Oh Crab Lah salad as suggested by my friend. I wasn’t disappointed at all. 😊 I really like it. However, I got a bit confused because it’s supposed to have Singapore Chili Crab in there but I didn’t seem to notice? All the crab related ingredients I noticed were just crab sticks? They were also put of cherry tomatoes so the staff member who was prepping my salad asked me if I’d like grapes as a replacement to which I said yes. Turns out the grapes were a good substitute! 😊 Overall, the place is great. It’s a little pricey, but I’ll probably come back. 🌿

We went for salad for a change, and decided to drop by this well-known salad place. There were interesting choices on the menu so it took us a while to choose. We eventually decided on the Tuna San wrap and a Go Geisha bowl. The servings were impressive and generous, and very pretty to look at. But this is my honest (and personal) opinion: We loved the first few bites, but then started slowing down after a while. The word "umay" comes to mind. They were delicious, but we eventually got tired of the taste and couldn't finish our servings. I couldn't even get through half of my bowl! Thank goodness for take-out! We won't be regulars here, though. But we still appreciate the fact that we have an honest-to-goodness salad place in the area for those rare cravings for greens.

Finally tried this place out :) I love how they have many options to choose from and the salads are actually customizable. I personally enjoyed the seared tuna and the dressing is refreshing however too little so I had to ask if I could get more since not everything got dressed properly thus tasted bland. The smoothie for us was the mvp — so refreshing and not to sweet :) Cons: Expensive for a salad Wasn’t dressed properly The bread stick didn’t go well with the salad (maybe you could change it to croutons? Hehe) Small serving Cherry tomatoes are so big (refer to the last photo) Too much edamames :(

My “go to” food concessionaire for anything healthy. Out of their many variants, the OhCrabLah & HailCaesar wraps are at the top of my list.

So far Oh Crab Lah, Jai Ho, and Hail Caesar are the only ones I’ve tried. Although they’re quite pricey, you still get your money’s worth because of the generous servings! They also have healthy drinks, Pink Panther (if I’m not mistaken) has the least calories but is the yummiest 😊
