family pan pizza if youre really hungry yet desperate and out of budget. it used to be php399. then hike into php419. pan pizza is thick yet dry. i dont really appreciate the pizza of pizza hut

Loyalty is one value that I believe in, whether it is a person or brand. Our family is loyal to Pizza Hut and is our top go to whenever we get together. I am just disappointed that the past encounters with the restaurant are below par. The major point of disappointment is the food. Pizza that was served was burnt. Chicken served was reheated and overcooked. Service is quite slow. I'm still giving a 3.5 because of the prompt assistance of the servers. Whenever we have any concerns, they are always available at our disposal.I might visit Pizza Hut less often after all these encounters. ☹️

Rating is due to the food which was really nice. However, the delivery boy had no change so a P329 meal cost me P1000. Should have sent it back really. Also, could not complete the online survey as my receipt was illegible due to a bad print-out. Will never order from Pizza Hut again!
