This place is totally great for families or groups. They have a whole dining hall and some rooms for private events. Food wise, everything was delicious and was served in generous amount. My personal favorite would be the PORK BUNS (OMG!! They've got the best ever tasting pork buns I've ever had) SPINACH BEAN CURD WITH CRISPY MUSHROOMS. Their service is exemplary. They've got friendly staffs who would be in a hurry to address your concerns. I'll definitely consider coming back here with my family and friends. P.S. They have DEEP FRIED PRAWNS WITH SALTED EGG YOLK!!!

Phoenix Court the flagship Asian restaurant of Bellevue Manila specifically a Chinese restaurant that serves a regional Cantonese cuisine.Luxurious modern interiors, like the temperature of the room which is not that cold. The dishes served were classics and some items with some modern spin.*Two Variety Chicken ( stuffed and Szechuan)- love the skin on this dish both on the stuffed and Szechuan variety both were paoer thin yet crisoy reminiscent of the roasted duck skin. The stuffed was version has this fishcake texture and taste and was very impressive. The Szechuan was a salad like with snippets of apples and green mapples very refreshing but for me the lacking element was the heat or spiciness.*Pork Buns- love the texture of the bun ,the filling was stocky ,tasty and a favorite.*Deep fried shrimp balls with salted egg yolk- although I'm not a fan of the salted egg trend,I like this dish well cooked prawn not that oily, the salted egg infusion does not bring that saturating feel ,seasoned just right.*Dimsum, siomai and Hakaw- siomai was meaty with ebiko on top a different take on the popular dimsum item. The hakaw was awesome I love the clean taste and the wholeness of the shrimp with no extenders.*Pan Fried Tenderloin with black pepper- beef dish was decent yet I find it a bit dry to my liking.*Spinach beancurd with crispy mushrooms-an extravaganza of textures ,soft, spongy, crispy confined in one dish,I like this new take on the tofu and a new twist given to its flavor.*Brocolli with scallops and egg white- a bit too creamy for me ,but the addition of the conpoy bits (dried scallops) balanced it.Love the crunchiness of the brocolli and quality of the scallops.*Steamed Pampano in Black Bean Sauce- I'm not a pampano fan,tho this time I became a convert well cooked fish,no fishy taste. The black bean taste add a wonderful dimension into the dish reminiscent of the ones I'm having when I'm in Hong Kong.*Fried rice with roasted duck - this rice is already a dish on its own I can eat this even without other viands .Tasty ,comforting and well seasoned.*Dessert Buco Jello- coconut flavored jello inside a coconut husk .refreshing way to end the meal.Service was exceptional ,top notch.A true lauriat experience.Overall a Happy Place rating .Highly recommended.☺🙂☺

Located at The Bellevue Manila's tower wing, Phoenix Court offers authentic Cantonese dishes at prices that won't break the bank which is unusual for a hotel establishment. This is probably one of the major draw factor of Phoenix Court because their dishes come in small to large sharing portions at competitive prices. Even the small serving can easily feed 2-4 people which is a plus! Our family are regulars here during special occassions or Sunday night dinners.Last Friday night saw me dining at Phoenix Court again together with other foodies. We had the following:Pork Buns - irregularly shaped but 'siksik' don't let the outside apperance fool you. Their pork buns are filled with deliciously savory meat and the sweet crust compliments each other. Perfect snack. I hope they offer these on a nice packaging to go for those impromptu take out orders. They surely rival those with michelin stars.Shrimp Hakaw - plump and filled with shrimp.Pork Siomai - hardly any extenders, this is pure meat. Dash a bit of soy sauce for some flavor.Steamed Pampano wih Black Bean Sauce - fresh, clean flavorful fish. The black bean tausi gives it an earthy taste.Steamed brocolli with scallops and egg white - another winning vegetable dish, the brocolli still has that fresh crunch which i love. The light and fluffy egg whites are soft and fluffy which is a nice contrast to the brocolli.Fried Prawn Balls with Salted Egg Yolk - crunchy real prawns covered in grainy salted egg yolk. This is a dish the kids would lap over! Fried, crunchy and oh so flavorful. A little more sauce would not hurt though.Pan fried beef tenderloin in black pepper - soft and tenderized beef, perfect with the fried rice they served.Coconut Pudding - a whole coconut with soft coconut meat resembling nata and jelly. Melt in your mouth soft and very refreshing. A nice palate cleanser at a heavy delicious meal.Tonight's visit is a great reintroduction to a family favorite and would love to revisit again. And the pork buns are enough reason. Before leaving, Don't forget to have you parking tickets validated. Recommended.Disclaimer: sponsored dinner by The Bellevue Manila.

Oh, Dimsum!Product: Yet another restaurant that's so far away from me but one that I look forward to coming back to someday is Phoenix Court. I still think about those Dimsums and those scrumptious pork buns. The thing about Phoenix Court's food is that they don't have that "umay" factor where you get tired of the taste of your food after a few bites because of how rich its flavors are. It gives off that authentic Chinese food taste and that's something you need to understand when you eat here. We started off with these adorable little pork buns that would make any hungry tummy grumble. They looked like a normal bread you can buy from your local bakeries but once you have that first bite, everything you ever expected will change. I'm sorry but.. timhowhat?? These pork buns are the best I ever had so far. The sweetness of the sauce isn't overwhelming because it didn't lack the serving of meat inside which balances everything out. Next comes the dumplings, the Hakaw and the Pork Siomai. With or without soy sauce, they will make sure to satisfy your Chinese food cravings. The serving size is good enough to make you full so make sure to share to save some space for more delicious food.I also liked the Deep-Fried Prawn Ball with Salted Egg Yolk, this is probably the dish with the strongest flavor among the ones we had that night which is why it goes best with rice. This dish got me because I thought it was chicken but what I had was even better so I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. The Pan-Fried Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper is a dish I'm quite familiar with when visiting Chinese restaurants. The beef is supposed to be tender and easy to eat and slice but it always comes in different recipes. I definitely liked how this one was made. Don't be frightened by the black pepper in the name, it was just what made the dish even better. The Chicken was also really good! The skin was so thin yet so crispy and tasty. For an appetizer, I would say it is already big enough to make you full or to be considered a part of the mains as well. For our dessert we had the Whole Chilled Coconut Pudding. Basically, frozen coconut jelly. It wasn't too sweet so if you're not a sweet tooth and love the natural taste of coconut, you will really love this dish. Venue: Phoenix Court's interior really shouts Chinese restaurant with the setup of family round tables and the displays inside the place itself. The servers are also highly trained, they are very attentive; they notice everything like when you have no more food or water and they're also very easy to call even if we were inside a private room. The service here is quite admirable. I completely understand why families would want to keep coming back here.

One of the gems you will find at the 5 star Bellevue Manila Hotel is this authentic Chinese Cuisine restaurant Pheonix Court. It is the only fine dining Chinese resto in the city offering a creative take on the Chinese Cuisine with their freshly made dimsums, signature entrees and starters. True to that statement, we actually had an exceptional service from the staff and had an awesome dining experience at the luxury VIP section of the restaurant. During our visit, we had the following appetizers: Pork Buns and Two Variety Chicken. The pork buns looked quite simple but it immediately became the crowd favorite upon tasting it. The outer layer had a crusty flaky texture, mildly sweet and it is stuffed with pork asado flavored fillings. It was really good and appetizing I had three pieces myself. The two variety chicken chicken is plated nicely and looks appetizing as well. I actually didn't thought it was chicken at first because of the odd texture which is slightly crunchy and and soft but it complements well with the greens in the middle. We also had some more starters. The Dimsums they offered us were the pork siomai and the hakaw. The Pork Siomai for me is fresh and tasty. You'd notice the difference from the siomai you buy that were commercially produced from stalls when you try this. The Hakaw is equally outstanding. It was stuffed perfectly and it was really filling. Though I only noticed the chili soy sauce were lacking spiciness, I think the dumplings are still good on its own. Some of the mains we had were the Steamed Pampano with Black Bean sauce, Sauteed Broccoli with Scallops and Egg White, Spinach Bean Curd with Crispy Mushroom, Deep Fried Prawn Ball with Salted Egg Yolk, and the Pan Fried Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper. These mains were paired with Fried Rice with Roasted Duck which is also good even on its own. What for me is the best amongst the dishes is the Spinach Bean Curd with Crispy Mushroom. Great combination of crunchy and soft textures with a savory sauce. This is a tofu on a whole new level. Also would like to commend the Sauteed Broccoli with Scallops and Egg White which is a bit light and creamy flavor - loved the fresh crunch from the broccoli that added texture. The beef tenderloin is actually too soft but still flavorful. I think this is how they cook it differently so you can easily eat the meat anyway. The Deep Fried Prawn Ball with Salted Egg Yolk had a nice appeal and timely. Lastly, we were served the Whole Chilled Coconut Pudding. After savoring the meaty entrees, this cleanses the palate very well. I loved the soft jelly like coconut meat poured inside the coconut. It is refreshing and very light.Overall, as I have mentioned earlier, the dining experience is outstanding. Loved the dishes especially the pork buns. A must try for all indeed. Kudos!

Phoenix Court is one of the awesome finds in South. It is located at the Second Floor, Tower Wing, The Bellevue Manila, North Bridgeway, Filinvest City, Muntinlupa City. This place is a Chinese Cuisine restaurant that is pocket friendly with satisfying dishes. Find out below the mouth-watering plus must try dishes of Phoenix Court of Bellevue Hotel:Pork Buns of Phoenix Court is the “Pork buns of the South”. It is definitely the apple of my eye amongst the dishes. The filling is tasty, meaty and superb! The awesomeness of these buns is still there even if it’s cool. I would absolutely recommend this to all pork buns lover. Top favorite!Deep Fried Shrimp Balls (Salted Egg yolk) is another favorite. The texture is great; the taste is awesome with the right amount of seasonings. Another perfectly recommendable dish because it’s not that oily and perfect to partner with rice.Pork Siomai and Hakaw are my all-time-Chinese comfort food. These two are meaty and tasty. And addition to that they are both satisfying even without soy sauce. Two Variety Chicken: The Stuffed and Szechuan. The crispiness of the chicken strips was perfect. It’s flavorful and delicious. The presentation was really amazeballs! Pan Fried Tenderloin with black pepper was colorful! Great presentation as well! What I loved about this dish was the texture; it’s juiciness and tenderness of its meat. Brocolli with Scallops and Egg white is creamy but tasty especially when you eat the scallops with broccoli.Fried Rice with Roasted Duck is absolutely my-sulit-meal. And it’s perfect to pair to all the dishes served.Of course to end the excellent dining experience, you should not forget to try their Buco Jello or Whole Chilled Coconut Pudding. It is served inside a coconut husk. Not that sweet but definitely refreshing.Aside from these, they have friendly staffs with exceptional service that is truly worth to come back! Overall, I am very satisfied. Definitely a must try. High five!

Majority of Chinese restaurants have distinct flavors on their dishes. At times it's overly salty or full of msg. I found this restaurant refreshing since their dishes are light and for me relatively healthier. Two Variety Chicken (Php 590) chicken chunks, thinly sliced string green mango and house blend sauce that was surrounded by crispy chicken strips. Delicious! Hakao (Php 220) siksik sa shrimp! sarap! One of the most expensive hakao I've ever had. Pork and Shrimp Dumpling (Php 178) same with hakao you know they scrimp on the ingredients. Pork Buns - I love this! It's filled with pork filling but it just need to change the shape of the pork bun. You're not sure what it is in first glance. Sauteed broccoli with scallops and egg white - It might be bland at first just make sure to get all the ingredients in one bite. Deep-fried prawn ball with salted egg yolk - I love this. It wasn't too oily and had light flavor of salted egg.  Pan-fried beef tenderloin with black pepper - juicy and tender beef slices that was perfect with fried rice with roasted duck. Whole chilled coconut pudding - they need to add more crunch or texture to it. Like coconutbits or other fresh fruits.   Serving size for most dishes are perfect for sharing and their service was impeccable.

Food quality is top notch. Their Eat All You Can deals are great for a budget meal in a fine dining setting. Could be a 4.5 if not for the service which was a bit inconsistent. Overall, I love this restaurant.

My favorite Chinese restaurant! Always celebrate my birthday here cause I love their food. Dimsum and ala carte dishes are always so good my favorites are the Siomai, fried prawn dumpling salad, chicken feet, tofu and crab, salted fish fried rice, and salt and pepper squid. And mango sago for dessert with a little fresh milk 👌🏻
