First time I tried Mille crepe was in Starbucks, and I wasn't crazy about it. Then came Papermoon, and everyone was talking about it.. So being a curious website, I dragged my husband with me to try. We ordered for Mango and Ube Mille Crepes. I had to say that I liked it a lot! I was constantly telling my husband how nice the Mango Mille was. Note though that Papermoon is hidden inside Sykes building, and there's very limited choices of dessert/food. But I'll definitely go back. :)

We ordered some mille crepes: the chocolate and the matcha. Both were light and not too sweet. Also, good with coffee. I enjoyed the chocolate, but that matcha though. After a few bites, it grows on you. Something different for that sweet craving. I heard the original mille crepe wasn't good so I didn't even bother trying it.

I tried the original Mille crepe. Very light and tasty! Perfect if your pair it with one of their coffees. I had the Americano and it was ok. I appreciated that they gave me brown sugar and milk (not creamer) on the side if I wanted to add them to my coffee. The service was quite slow. Can be vastly improved.

First time I tried a Crepe Cake or Mille Crepe was in Starbucks which was actually good except the texture was off. Then I ordered another one online from Nutty Pear and was somewhat cloying and there was also something off with the texture. Then there came Paper Moon which is a Cafe from Tokyo specializing in Mille Crepes. I had to give it a try.I checked the flavors they offer and decided to get their Chocolate Mille Crepe. Honestly, I wanted to try their Classic and Strawberry flavored crepe cakes too but each slice was a little too pricey and I wasn't ready to spend that much for small slices. Good thing their Chocolate Mille Crepe was good! I LOVED IT! Texture wise, it didn't have that off and weird texture. It wasn't cloying too. Loved that the rich dark chocolate filling was alternated with light pastry cream. Then the top was caramelized. Best of all, it tasted great! The filling tasted like ice cream and it wasn't too sweet. I also tried their Mango Mille Crepe. The mango slices were over ripe! Soggy and too sweet and almost bordering to being "lamog" type. Still good but you know it could have been better if they were just ripe. Maybe that way they could have blended well with the cream. So, the ice cream-ish magic of the Chocolate Mille Crepe that I first tried wasn't there. Wish I gave the classic a try instead.

These mille crepe is no joke. They surely changed the way we ear crepes because of their new flavors and light pastry cream in between and is topped with caramelized crust. I enjoyed my crepes at paper moon, but I think I'm not going back. The crepe is too nakakasawa for me.

Totally loved the Mille Crepes. We ordered the Ube Mille Crepe, The Chocolate Mille Crepe and the Mango Mille Crepe. It went well with the coffee Americano. Texture was great and the filling was delicious especially the ube. It just melts in your mouth with just the right amount of sweetness to it. I think they used dark chocolate for the chocolate crepe which blended well with the crepe and coffee. The mango crepe is also good. Next time we will try the original and strawberry flavors.

While I've heard about how good Paper Moon's mille crepes are, I also heard about how expensive it is. But, as soon as I knew they had an Ube Mille Crepe Cake, I knew I had to try Paper Moon. The ube taste wasn't as strong as I wanted it to be but it didn't disappoint. I was also able to try their Mango Mille Crepe Cake and it tasted good, too. The taste was reminiscent of mango float.

First time to order Paper Moon's Checkered Cake and we loved it. It's just a simple choco/vanilla chiffon cake that's not too sweet. We also tried their Ube Mille Crepe cake and we loved it too!

Good place to have coffee and dessert. We always go for the mille crepes. The best variant for me so far was the Matcha flavored one. We also tried their choux fromage, cream puffs and the valentine's special red velvet cake. Although a bit on the pricey side, all their desserts are so good, we just got to have more.

My brother brought us here for my mom's pre-birthday celebration after having our dinner this is the best place to have desserts. We had the place all to ourselves. I ordered a slice of strawberry crepe cake. Looking at it surely took alot of work with that thin layer of crepes perfectly made. Not too sweet and very very light. They all look so yummy! Will definitely comeback! Love the interior of this place too
