#Steakandeggs, I ordered medium rare steak, I specifically said sunny side up.They served me raw steak instead of medium rare. spoiled mashed potatoes, and well done eggs! Where's the food that I ordered ?

It was a stormy afternoon after my office work when I went here for a merienda treat. It was just supposed to be a snack getaway when I saw their poster for their afternoon promo. I already forgot whats their actual promo during that time, but from what I can remember, they have a big discount on their selected pasta meals from 3-5pm. I got interested when I saw their poster in front of their resto so I went there.Homey feels. From their ceilings, walls, and couches, I felt like I'm at home. I love the feeling of nostalgia while alone eating in a resto - very calm and relax, and thats what exactly I felt during that time. The staffs/crew are very polite and attentive. Most especially, the food served was perfectly done - not too much, not too less. Again, homey feels.

Being Ash Wednesday and not much of a fish person, I decided to try some of the non traditional Pancake house dishes. WOW. Sunrise Orange pancake was a refreshing departure from my favorite Tacos. Light and flurry (which was par for the course) with a beautiful citrus twist. LOVED IT. This branch had okay service. JM was the star here.

Food here is always good, consistent with other Pancake House branches. But does it really take sooooooooooooo long to cook fried chicken? Waiting time is already 45 minutes and counting. Restaurant is full, but it wasn't when I arrived and ordered. So I don't understand the hold up.

This is by far the SADDEST breakfast I had. For the record, I love dining in this place but the one I ordered for breakfast was really not good. So, my family and I decided to eat breakfast after I got my printed license. I decided to try other meal instead of my usual order. So, I got Pancake/Golden Brown Waffle Combination and I was excited to try it after reading the content of this meal. I chose the waffle instead of the pancake since I don't often eat that. When my order arrived, it looks ok. But as I was consuming my order, I felt sad because the waffle was cold and hard (parang lumang tinapay ang texture). My expectation of a waffle is either floppy, soft or crispy. But, the waffle I got was not either of those and worse its already cold.The sausages are way too small. I hope that the sausages were little bigger. As for the taste, it was ok but it tasted the usual (nothing special). Though, I love how they cooked the eggs. Its soft, and flavorful (and served hot!)All in all, I wouldn't recommend this dish. Price wise - not worth it. I suggest that if you dine there just order other meals since there are other dishes in the menu that are way better than this one.

Pancake house is pretty much a no brainer if you want good breakfast food. They still make the best pancakes in town but also have other yummy treats like their chicken, taco, spaghetti and sandwiches.

Dining solo as I killed time before heading off to a meeting in the South. It was a toss up between Pancake House and Starbucks. I felt like pancakes or waffles today. When I spotted the Bacon Waffle in the menu, I knew that was the one for me. The waffle wasn't that crunchy but I didn't mind as much since I would be drenching it in that sweet maple syrup anyway. It was fluffy and the whipped butter was like icing on a cake. The bacon wasn't super crispy but it wasn't as soft as ham. Plus points for evenly distributing the bacon bits.I felt comfortable eating alone. There were other people who were flying solo as well. Satisfied with my bacon and waffle fix.*loved the cute containers for the milk and syrup

Food is okay for price. Ambience is also okay but service is crap. My family ordered for delivery which became pickup because they said the Chocolate Marble Waffle cant be delivered because the quality cant be guaranteed. The person who took our order said she would call us back again but never did. We waited for around 25 mins until we decided to make a follow up call to our order and a different person answered it and when my mom asked why they didnt call us back they couldnt state any valid reason. My mom then asked if they placed the rest of our order and the lady said "yes" but they weren't able to call us back because they still weren't able to get the price for the Chocolate Marble Waffle for pickup (it has been 25 mins since we made our order) Thanks for ruining our dinner!

My favorite all day breakfast place! Love the selection and location. A lot of people would be surprised, this place is always jam packed. I always order the Daing na Bangus meal, and pancakes! I recently tried the mini Red Velvet pancakes w/ creamcheese, and boy I was glad I tasted it!👌🏼🙌🏼😍

The food here overall i think is a hit and a miss. Some foods are great and some just good/average. You definitely should try the fried chicken and the blueberry pancakes. They are the best out there. The shining star of this restaurant is the excellent customer service. The staff is very kind and well trained. I didn't even need to ask for water, they just get to your table once they see your glass is empty. They are very courteous and attend to your every need. This is customer service that i rarely see in Manila.
