Food was good but nothing extraordinary. Needs a lot of improvement to all their customer service, we ask many times to assist us but no ones coming, they just like a deaf people. Air Condition is not working in kuse, they should repair that as soon as possible.

Dined here for lunch with the family. Ordered the bulalo, inihaw na pusit, rice, and pansit lucban. The bulalo is yummy and served hot. The inihaw na pusit only came with 2 pieces of small pusit, and the pansit lucban was very good but oily and it's only good for 2 people. We think everything on their menu is salty. We always have fish sauce when eating but when we ate here, it was no longer needed because of saltiness of the dishes. Don't know if that's good or bad, haha! Personally, I enjoyed the pansit lucban so much despite it's oiliness. The noodles were perfectly cooked and there were many vegetables that were cooked just right.

Delicious filipino and asian food. Love their ginataang "kuhol" (escargot in coconut milk). Their tom yum was also good. We did not regret ordering Lechon from Uncle Cheffy. Food was delicious and price was reasonable.

Late post/review: I was drooling for Sisig a few days ago and I literally dragged my parents to Kuse at Festival mall to satisfy my craving. We ordered Milkfish in Guava soup, Pinakbet (sauted vegetables) and Sisig (sizzling chopped pork). To my dismay, their Sisig is more of fat rather than meat and it tasted like pork steak. The Guava soup was a bit bland and watery. I like the Pinakbet though because the vegetables were cooked just right. On the positive note: the service was quick and the staff are courteous.

I always search for new places to eat and found myself here in Kusè that serves Filipino cuisine. I was with my guy and took a break from our christmas shopping. I was sick the time we ate here so I was not really in the mood of crazy eating but my taste buds came to life when I tasted their food. Really good food especially their crispy dinuguan. By the way, I'm a sucker for dinuguan. 😋 The only thing I'm not fond of is the place itself; a bit narrow and is connected to another restaurant (I think is a sister company) and their yellow lights! Too yellow. They could put some white lights to brighten up the place and the ambience. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my experience here and will definitely come back.
