Nice alternative to the usual coffee chains. Good location at Festival mall, in front of the parking area and drop off/mall entrance. Seating is limited inside, but there's also seating outside.

Krispy kreme is my go to whenever i need my sugar fix. Doughnuts here are generally too sweet as compare to jco and others but they’re good for when you need a quick pick me up. I love their classic, original glaze, as well as their salted caramel.

This has used to be one of the good places to kill time not until it has been months that there's something wrong with their ventilation. The place is small and usually crowded on weekends. This is my usual place for to-go doughnuts since the service here is a bit faster than the other nearby branch.

Tried the pineapple delight because it looks unique. The yellow glaze has a pineapple flavor while the green leafy-like design tastes like generic frosting. The doughnut holes come in 8 pieces, 4 flavors. The red velvet variant had nice frosting but the dough can be improved by making it more moist.

The place is small. The employees are nice. I recommend 1 dozen (4-6 people) only especially when your not fond of sweets. I love the hershey's cookies and cream

Still the leader in modern donuts. Original glazed is still number one. Got some buy one take one coupons so we got a couple of boxes to take home.

A great place to hang out with my hubby while enjoying their delicious doughnuts and coffee ? one of their staff named Aldrin was so kind and very accommodating! not to mention their smiling Mr Guard ? ?

Love the service on this branch! Staff makes you feel at home and they even gave a Krispy Kreme hat and balloon to my nephew during our time of visit.I ordered a dozen of glazed doughnuts and was given 1 free just so I can enjoy mine without having to open my boxes. Good job to the crews! You really made me feel special. And with this, I will surely frequent your store! :)

Our original plan was to chill at Starbucks but since it's a Saturday we weren't able to find seats for us at two of their stores in Filinvest. Boo! ☹ So instead we gave Krispy Kreme a try. I'm a fan of their Original Glazed donuts but I have yet to try their chillers and iced coffees. I ordered their large Chocolate Cookie with Oreos chiller (with espresso) and my BFF treated me to an Original Glazed donut and boy it did not disappoint! Heck I hate myself for not trying it out before. Will definitely be back to try more of the drinks they're offering.

I love KK no matter what the downsides are! The place is comfortable enough and the staff are good in terms of their medium of instruction. Nonetheless, my only problem with KK Festival Mall is their insufficient seats.
